I was very Bally with the professional job that Levi completed on my entire hearing system which is now working really well. Levi was reliable and hard working and on call for any issues that we had. Levi stayed at my house until 01:50 to install a new boiler because it was stolen. He came out just after the break in to make safe the gas and get the water on.

Someone fitted our a/c unit two years ago, and it never worked properly. The guy came back a few times, fiddling with this and that, but it still didn't work. Eventually, he stopped taking my calls and never showed up again. Enter snug & chill. Quick diagnosis, quick repair, job done! Efficient, friendly and super helpful. How can I rate HIGHER than 5*?

Levi recently fitted an additional filter to our boiler, due to some issues we were having with debris collection in the boiler. The work was carried out professionally and in a timely manner. He explained everything clearly and even managed to install it in a position where the additional filter was out of sight. Happy with the service provided, and would use their services again.
