Soak Bathrooms Rotherham

We wanted to upgrade our bathroom but keep a couple of existing features. There was never any pressure or sales pitch to get us to change our minds. There was a vast choice of products. Friendly staff with excellent product knowledge were able to support us with choices and suggestions. Completely reliable - always did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. Did a great job with fantastic results. I would recommend without hesitation.

From the initial Showroom with Mike to the finished article I cannot recommend enough. Lived to all expectations and more; a complete project service with piece of mind, no hidden costs and excellent craftsmanship. Ben and Shaun were a joy in their professionalism and knowledge in what we expected. They cleaned up after themselves every day and the young apprentice lads with them were very well mannered and did an excellent job. No sales pressure and great Ideas and visualisation planning from Mike. Excellent products we had everything replaced from a bare shell to what was over and above our expectations.

From going to the showroom and telling Mike what we were thinking of doing.....replacing a corner jacuzzi bath with a shower....we were dealt with in a friendly professional helpful manner. Mike made us think of things we had not considered eg space when leaving the shower so better to have a curved unit to Ben and Frankie removing / fitting the unit and advising on the colour of the seal which was much better than original option. Also, but very important, was how they cleaned up each day before they left. Would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.

Sean and Harrison have just completed a renovation of our outdated bathroom in 5 days. From our first visit to Soaks showroom to the finished work ,every aspect of the job was approached in a friendly helpful and professional manner. Every aspect was explained to us. The materials used are of the highest quality and the workmanship was amazing. Sean gave us helpful tips along the way too. They kept disruption to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Needing to update our old fashioned bathroom, take out the roll top bath and provide a walk-in shower and similarly update a separate toilet and washbasin, we searched the web and interviewed a number of different firms. From making first contact with Mike and Kev at the showroom to its completion, we have been delighted with our choice. Mike made a first visit to the house, asked what our thoughts were, came up with great suggestions and took all measurements, while we set a tentative date for when the work could start. We followed this up with a visit to the Rotherham showroom, chose the designs, colours and accessories we liked and then awaited drawings, a quote and a start date. This was soon to come and we immediately agreed terms. It was to take two weeks to complete once the date had arrived. In due course, Ben and his young assistant, Frankie, started off the work and were joined later by Sean and his assistant, Harrison. We could not fault any of their work, their work ethic or the tidiness of what at times could have been a very messy job. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept in touch with progress and some helpful minor changes were made to suit the dimensions better. They worked as a very happy team and the results spoke for themselves. They always left the workspace clean and tidy. We are delighted with the finished work and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I had this company to do a total revamp of my bathroom due to a recommendation from a friend who's bathroom was stunningly altered by the Soak Installations team. I decided that I needed a shower instead of a bath and the advise and support given in the showroom was exceptional. The fitters started on the appointed day and worked quickly and efficiently. They ensured that workspace was tidy each day they left. What I particularly liked is that they explained what their plans were each day and showed me it all before they left. Sean's work was incredible. Very knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. He had Harrison working with him who is a trainee and he was an excellent trainer. Harrison is willing to do anything asked of him and told me that he is learning so much and loving the work! Both Sean and Harrison are efficient and hard working and I would be more than happy to have these 2 in the future doing work in my house I would recommend Soak all day, every day!

We chose SOAK Bathrooms because we were impressed by the care and attention to detail whilst we were in store planning and selecting our products. We updated our shower room to incorporate a low-rise shower tray, new toilet and sink with cabinet underneath and mirror cabinet above. All the work was carried out efficiently and quickly by the installers who worked very cleanly and tidily and also finished ahead of schedule and on budget. All the products look really great in our room and we are also impressed by the new wall panels installed instead of ceramic tiles. We would thoroughly recommend SOAK to anyone and are really pleased with our new shower room.

Our bathroom and ensuite both needed replacing. We chose Soak because we liked the products available and they provided a complete service. Mike advised on the design and answered our many questions. The installation took three weeks. Ben, Sean, Frankie and Harrison always turned up when they said they would and were polite, helpful and professional. Ben or Sean explained what they were doing each day and checked with us to make sure they understood our requirements. There were a couple of unexpected things - a leak under the old bath and an uneven floor - but they sorted these out without fuss. At the end of each day they tidied and swept up after themselves. We are really pleased with the end result.

We have just had our bathroom completely refitted. From when we went to the showroom in Rotherham, to buying the components, to fitting we experienced an excellent service. Ben and Sean who came to do the work were prompt, they always arrived at the time they said, polite and professional. (And an added bonus, they always tidied up before they left) We are extremely pleased with the work carried out and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

The revamp of our en suite began with a discovery of historical leakage damage behind the old shower feed. This was rectified and the rest of the installation was completed to a high standard and in good time. For those interested in the technicalities, the team were very willing to explain procedures and progress. Where options of positioning etc were evident, they always consulted me, I would recommend them highly.
