The young men fitted me a new door. They were polite and did an excellent job, they worked very hard the job was done a lot quicker than I thought it would be. I would recommend your firm to anyone, you have some fine young men working for you. All I can say is a job well done.

Damage to my house and solar frame still arguing this. Told we would have solar frame fitters and sent sub contractors. Sold windows and doors on promise of 500pound vouchers, then once credit was signed and agreed, this was taken away. Salesman over charged us.

Hi Christopher, as a professional company, our surveyors take before photos of our installations as standard which has proven that any damage to your home was in fact already there before any works began. Our finance facilitators have also confirmed that your allegations about our service have been incorrect. Additionally, we made it very clear to you at the time of purchase that the £500 voucher was inapplicable to windows and doors. We do everything we can to ensure our customers are happy, which is why when you suggested that you were unsatisfied, we offered you the opportunity to cancel with a full refund. We are a company that strives to supply 100% customer satisfaction and are very disappointed that you’ve been unhappy with our service.

Solar frame have just completed our conservatory. We decided to use them because they came across as being very professional from the start, and we weren't wrong. They have managed everything for us and left the site spotless. All the workmen have been great and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Highly recommended. The installation was completed on time and as promised and we are delighted with the finished product. The installation team were very professional and took good care of the house.
