A good quality installation

Surveyor came quickly, asked many questions to get installation as I wanted it. Work started approx. 1 month later. Quality of materials good, however, they missed the installation of the letter box on the inner door and there was two small faults in two panes of glass, these faults were addressed quickly to my satisfaction. They are slightly expensive, but the installation was good.

Very efficient from the survey to the finished article. Everyone arrived when planned, work completed on time. Some after issues with a pipe not fitting properly, door latch not connecting properly, and a scratched glass pane. However the 'snagging' team rectified all the problems with no fuss and to our satisfaction.
