they came at the specified time and got on with the job ,no standing around with a mug of tea ,straight in and took out the two rotten windows ,and put in the well made replacements ,within a few hours the job was done and any mess they made was brushed up and cleared up and took away. and left us with two smart looking replacements, any contact we hade with the office staff was pleasant and professional and would use them again if the need arises thank you

Absolutely fantastic company from the quote to the end of the instillation. Most of the workmen were friendly, the one that wasn't my concerns were addressed. Katie, the installations co-ordinator was attentive and rang me regularly with updates and to check everything was going ok. Any concerns were addressed immediately and when the skip was collected and rubbish was left, Katie sorted collection immediately. Work was of a high quality and am really pleased. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

We used Solarframe to replace our existing 8ft sliding patio doors, essentially it was a like for like replacement. On the plus side we found they had impressive showrooms in Goldthorpe and Leeds and the buying process was straightforward. The horror show started on day one of the installation and it has taken Solarframe six months from the initial install in March 2024 for them to finally install the doors correctly. We have had numerous issues which they have been unable to rectify in a professional and timely manor. These include incorrectly fitted ventilation slots, water leaks, missing trim, damaged and missing weather strips. After the first install their installation team have been back seven times in an attempt to rectify the various issues. The frame has been removed and refitted on two separate occasions. We have had to constantly chase Solarframe, sending dozens of emails and making countless phone calls to get them to attend site and install the product correctly. The installation has been a truly dreadful experience from start to finish. In no way could we recommend using this company.

We had no issues with any stages of the build. All the friendly guys arrived early and got the job done. We’re Very pleased with the finished roof. We contacted 3 firms to come and discuss what we were wanting and whether Triple glazing would be better than double. SolarFrame was the only company who's representative Saj came out and showed us a piece of Triple glazing in a frame and explained the benefits so why not double for where they were going. He also appreciated that we had others due to quote, he would await us calling him back. Saj & SolarFrame were the only company not to then harass us at all (unlike Everest) after the initial visit. Due to this and the price we called Saj to confirm we would like to go ahead. All work was done by the lads at each stage was cleared away, before starting next part and once all in and fully cleaned by them any bits of mess left they cleared. The fitters were great lads and a credit to SolarFrame. At no point through the process, did we ever feel pressured or contacted unnecessarily, unlike one of the other firms. When we come to do the rest of the house will definitely us SolarFrame

Pleased with the product, customer service and installation work. The new windows have made a big impact on the temperature and the installation was pain-free. The after-sales service we have had with Solar Frame has been very impressive. During this installation, they replaced the latches on some windows we had previously had installed, as one of the locks had stopped working.

It's our second purchase from Solarframe and we are very happy with everything. Rob the sales consultant was brilliant. Once we decided to go ahead the process was very smooth and Kat kept us informed of everything. The two fitters Mark & Steve were excellent. Very pleasant guys, efficient workers and left the house spotless. Windows on the front and back of the house look great - really nice quality fit and finish. Would recommend to anyone.

The whole experience of using SolarFrame to fit our solid tiled conservatory roof has been exceptional. Everyone who has worked on it has been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. From accepting the quote that Steve gave us and having the survey done the whole thing took just over two weeks! Big thanks to the installers Adam & Connor, Russ and Callum the electricians, Terry's plastering team and Andy the Technician. All arrived on time and worked really hard to a high standard. We used Solar Frame 3 years ago to replace our conservatory roof so when we decided to replace all windows on the first floor of our home, we chose Solar Frame to provide a quote. As with the first installation, everything was completed in the timeframe agreed upon, all the staff were efficient, clearly knowledgeable about the products and able to answer any questions we had. As a result of the survey, it was agreed we needed a lintel above one of the windows. This was costed within 24 hours. The scaffolding company arrived as expected and were very efficient. The fitters Dean and Dayne were very pleasant and efficient. Although we had prepared for them, they brought additional sheets to cover everything and left our home as if they had never been except with new, very well fitted windows! Although Kat was on leave when we booked the work, on her return she made contact offering her help if required and contacted me at the end of the work to check we were happy with it. I would recommend Solar Frame as a company who provide high-quality service from start to completion. We found all their staff on both times to be professional, efficient and polite. In spite of dreadful weather conditions, the 2 fitters turned up early on Monday morning. They immediately set to work replacing the windows on the back of the house, the front ones having been done satisfactorily previously. The work was carried out with amazing speed and a remarkable eye for detail, and by mid-afternoon was completed. The cleaning up was equally immaculately carried out. Well done Solarframe your men did you proud.

On the day of install chap arrived on the dot, Mark, covered the floors with dust sheets, got to work installing our new windows, great job done in a day. The new thermally efficient solid roof has been a revelation. It has completely transformed a chilly conservatory into a warm cosy room to be used anytime throughout the whole year without turning up the central heating. The space is now an integral part of the whole house instead of an add on to be used sparingly when the outside weather permits. The fitting team was exceptional working to schedule and outside during late November. Well done Solarframe, a great job well done.

Solarframe were 1 of 3 companies that we approached to quote for new windows and doors for our property, and they were great throughout the whole process. The consultant (Saj) that came to the house to discuss & quote for what we wanted was excellent, he was polite & courteous, never pushy & made sure that what we wanted was the best for us. After we had agreed the quote we were contacted by Julie to confirm that the work had been scheduled (Job No 10266) & to give the install date, then by Connor who clarified what would happen during the install. Although our job was delayed due to the Snow which caused delays on the job before ours, Julia & Connor kept us up to date all the was through. The guys that came to install the windows and doors, Richard & Steff, were fantastic, again they were polite & courteous, and were very careful to protect our property. They laid dust sheets throughout, were conscious that both myself & my Wife both work from home & were never disruptive to our day. When it came to working inside the house they always removed their boots, despite the dust sheets, they kept us up to date with everything they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. They worked through some pretty awful weather, the first 2 days of the job were done in torrential rain, they even stayed late &worked at the weekend to catch up due to the delays that the snow had caused. All in all, a fantastic company to deal with, as a result of the fantastic employees we encountered

I recently had new windows, frames and a solid roof replaced on my existing conservatory. From the consultation to completion it was so stress free, Conor our installation Co-ordinator e-mailed the schedule of works to be completed, including a complete breakdown of how and who would be completing the work. Conor rang the day prior to the start of the installation to confirm that the team would start on our agreed date, calling everyday until the installation was complete with updates and also asking if if we had encountered any issues. The Solarframe installation team was prompt everyday and worked non-stop all day, they were extremely efficient, and friendly also ensuring we were happy with their progress and clearing up each day. Once it was completed, their technician came out to check on the standard of the work ensuring we were happy with our new conservatory, we also had a follow up call from Conor. We are both extremely delighted with our new conservatory and I would happily refer Solarframe to family and friends
