Solarframe have recently completed work to transform our old conservatory into a full extension with new solid roof and bifold doors. We are very happy with the standard of workmanship and even when small issues arose they were corrected quickly and with no fuss. Would highly recommend and Solarframe were also recommended to us by friends.

SolarFrame have just completed the replacement of my old, leaky conservatory. From the initial enquiry to completion all the staff who I've been in contact with have been professional and polite. Initial response to my enquiry was prompt, and salesman Rob visited to explain the process and their product. There was no pressure to sign. Once the order had been placed, surveyor George visited to carry out a thorough survey. He explained other options and changes were made to the order without fuss. Shortly after the survey, I was contacted by Co-ordinator Kat who explained the next steps and sent through a schedule of works with dates and names of who would be carrying out what tasks. From electrician, to installer, to plasterer. This communication was very encouraging. When the work was due to start, Kat phoned beforehand to confirm day and time and she kept me informed throughout the work with names, days and times as each team was due. Lovely. Thanks to the hard work of electricians Russ and Callum, installers Dayne and Dean, plasterers Dave and his team and technician Andrew, the work was completed on time to a very high standard and my comments re minor issues were listened to and resolved promptly. I cannot recommend Solarframe highly enough. Very professional and excellent workmanship. Thank you.

I had new windows, a new door and a new roof installed on the existing conservatory base. Connor, my co-ordinator, kept me regularly informed as to what would happen, when it would happen and who would do the work. Everybody arrived when scheduled to do so. Even though persistent rain on the first installation day curtailed activity because the conservatory would be without a roof and windows for several hours, the installers completed the work as planned. All those connected with the company - sales adviser, surveyor, installers, electrician, plasterers and sign-off technician - were mindful of being in my home, and those involved in undertaking the construction went to much trouble to clean up before leaving. The whole process, which took about ten weeks between my visit to the showroom and completion of the installation, was smoothly executed. First impressions of the completed job are favourable.

From contacting Solar Frame I found all staff very informative helpful and polite This alleviated any concerns I had from placing the order. The installations co-ordinator Kat was very good keeping in touch throughout the build. The team of fitters Scott, Kane, electrician Mark and the plasterer Terry, all did an excellent job on the build, completing on time and keeping everything clean and tidy I would have no hesitation on recommending Solar Frame to anyone wanting a new conservatory. We've recently changed our "too hot in Summer, too cold in Winter" conservatory into what we now call our "extension" by having new window frames and a solid roof fitted by SolarFrame. A brilliant, professional job was done by everyone from start to finish and we are highly delighted with the end result. Everything was kept neat and tidy for us throughout the whole job - and boy, did they work so hard! (and didn't eat too many biscuits!). A big shout out to the whole team - from Rob (Sales) and Trevor (Surveyor), then Kat, our Installations Co-ordinator, who looked after us so well throughout through the whole process, to the Fitters, Scott and Kane; Plasterers Terry and Team, Garry the Electrician and finally Dom and Andrew, who tidied up and added the very important final touches. We had considered for some time replacing the original roof on our 18 year old conservatory with a solid tiled roof. Having spoken at length to salesman Gareth we were confident Solarframe would be the right company to carry out the work. Our existing frames and doors were in reasonable condition but due to their age it was sensible to replace them aswell to get maximum benefit from the whole project. I'm sure moving forward this will prove to be the right decision. Once we had agreed on price and terms we were surprised to get an install date within six weeks. We were then given a schedule of all work to be done and detailed explanation of the process. Connor was then assigned to guide us through the whole process and was in regular contact with updates as things moved forward. Apart from a couple of small delays to the schedule which we were advised of everything went to plan. All the fitters, electricians, plasterers and finishers were very good, friendly and courteous and left the work area tidy. After we had signed off the work we noticed a small cosmetic indentation on a length under the guttering. We advised Connor and a replacement piece was fitted within a week. From our initial visit to Solarframes show room, the subsequent sales visit from Gareth and the surveyor onto Connor's customer service and the work of the tradesmen we have been really impressed and very pleased with the final outcome. I had an old timber frame conservatory that to be honest had seen better days. A leaflet from Solarframe came in the post. Visited showroom in Leeds and arranged for a visit to get a quote. Happy with the price the surveyor came to take all measurements. I then got a call about date for fitting followed by an email from Connor which contained all details we'd discussed. Everyone involved with the installation did a very professional job and always left it clean and tidy. Connor phoned often to let me know times that I could expect people on site. The whole process was thorough and very professional. I'm absolutely delighted with the new conservatory, it's a wonderful transformation from my old tired looking one. Will be spending many happy hours using it. A big Thank you to all at Solarframe.

We had a great service from Solarframe. Starting with the communication that was excellent throughout the process, we found everyone we engaged with to be very polite and accommodating. We were very impressed with the service and the workmanship of Solarframe. Every aspect of the build was well organised and we are really pleased with the new roof, door and windows.

I was highly impressed with my first meeting with the design consultant Steve who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Throughout the job I was contacted regularly (phone calls and emails) by the installations co-ordinator Connor, who provided me with detailed information about the schedule of work and to check if I was satisfied with each a stage of the work. I can honestly say that I was more than happy, as the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard and on time. The guys even worked through the rain to remove the old conservatory roof and install the first stage of the new roof. All work (installation, electrics and plastering) was carried out to a high standard and on time, and the final stage was the technical clean and seal before the job was signed off. I love my new conservatory roof, although it all looks so good I’ve renamed my conservatory my garden room! My painter and decorator completed the transformation, and he and other visitors have also been very impressed with how it looks and how quickly the whole job took, less than 2 weeks. From start to finish, solarframe were very well organised from initial meeting to managing various teams from dismantling old roof to install of new roof plus roof lights and plastering. All work was carried out to a high standard and on time.

From the showroom in Leeds to the initial appointments with Dave the designer and George the surveyor (who were so professional and helpful) to the fitters, plumber, electrician, plasters (brilliant) and technicians I was very impressed. They all arrived on time, did their jobs efficiently, were polite and always answered any queries and left the work place clean and tidy. All this was managed by Kat my Installation Co-ordinator. She was incredible, nothing was too much trouble. Kat was very patient, she kept me in the loop all the way through and ensured everything went smoothly - brilliant. I contacted SolarFrame when my conservatory roof (polycarbonate)was damaged during the storms in March, requesting information about their solid roof product, After an home vist the same afternoon the information received, plus potential starting date, I agreed to go ahead with a solid roof replacement. I was contacted by and introduced to the installation coordinator Julia who took me through and confirmed my requirements. The following week I received the notice of start date and process of works for installation team, electrician,plasterer. Everyone of the trade teams I encountered were excellent, arriving 10 min earlier than expected, but just got straight on with the days task, courteous at all times, and leaving everything clean at end if each day. Each morning I would be informed of what the task / aim for the day. I was contacted by the coordinator as and when the trade teams changed and confirm timings. On completion I was given a few days to identify any snagging areas, (2 cosmetic), which were made good the next day. From the initial contact to final sign-off was a stress free experience, and would highly recommend SolarFrame to anyone looking to replace a conservatory roof.

Solar Frame did a great job building our extension two years previously and do we had confidence that they could supply and fit 2 rear windows. From initial visit to installation was simple and straightforward. The team at Solar Frame are friendly and efficient, always communicating. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We appointed Solarframe to replace our old conservatory roof. The transformation has been incredible. It’s a usable space all year round. The tradesmen were all very polite, efficient, clean and tidy. They turned up when expected and we were kept up to date with the schedule through the whole process by the office having one point of contact. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Work was well co-ordinated and the job completed on schedule. Surveyor took time to assess all work required, which included repairs to adjoining wall to prevent water penetration, and subsequent replastering. Excellent job done by the builders, plasterers, electricians and fitters, although the latter let themselves down a little from a cosmetic point of view with an untidy finish to the lead flashing on the side wall. However this was rectified to a high standard by the technician who attended on the final day, and also carried out a full clean of all glasswork. Praise also goes to Julia who kept us informed at all times regarding the dates and times of the various tradesmen's visits.

Never used solarframe before but glad I did. Totally professional team delivering first class windows. Everyone involved had a friendly and efficient attitude. The fitters were like a breath of fresh air; not time wasters forever on their mobiles but good old style grafters who got on with the job and turned out a superb job. Fitters made minimum mess and cleaned up and cleared all the debris at the end. Cannot fault anybody, would definitely recommend these people and use them again.

The whole process from start to finish was faultless. Connor and Adam, the two fitters were very knowledgeable and knew their stuff. They worked together as a team perfectly ensuring the Conservatory went up without a hitch. Any questions I had they answered them staight away. I really can't fault the whole team at Solar frame and will definitely be recommending them to everybody. WELL DONE ALL.

Thankyou Solarframe for transforming my old conservatory. It looks stunning, and we are so pleased with it , now usable summer & winter. The schedule went according to plan, & the very few issues we had were rectified efficiently by our technician before signing off. We have just had 4 new windows fitted by Luke and Kez who did a good job and were very good at fitting and cleaning up after themselves . So from Sajid salesman to Julie coordinator we were kept informed all the way . We love our new windows and fully recommend Solarframe and would be more than happy to use them again ..

We were very pleased throughout the job. From the beginning the customer care was excellent with an assigned installation coordinator. The surveyor discussed the work to be done with us and explained any concerns. The fitters arrived on time and were very thorough throughout, discussing any problems with us. The finished job is of a very high standard. They took care of the surroundings and everything was left clean and tidy. Every detail was checked with us, window by window. Our only complaint was with the scaffolders (sub-contractors) who did not fit enough scaffolding in the correct locations. This delayed the fitters when they first arrived, but they surmounted this difficulty and still completed well within the time frame. Overall, we were completely satisfied with this job.
