From start to finish, solarframe were very well organised from initial meeting to managing various teams from dismantling old roof to install of new roof plus roof lights and plastering. All work was carried out to a high standard and on time.

From the showroom in Leeds to the initial appointments with Dave the designer and George the surveyor (who were so professional and helpful) to the fitters, plumber, electrician, plasters (brilliant) and technicians I was very impressed. They all arrived on time, did their jobs efficiently, were polite and always answered any queries and left the work place clean and tidy. All this was managed by Kat my Installation Co-ordinator. She was incredible, nothing was too much trouble. Kat was very patient, she kept me in the loop all the way through and ensured everything went smoothly - brilliant. I would certainly recommend Solar Frame. I love my new conservatory! Many thanks to the whole team.

I contacted SolarFrame when my conservatory roof (polycarbonate)was damaged during the storms in March, requesting information about their solid roof product, After an home vist the same afternoon the information received, plus potential starting date, I agreed to go ahead with a solid roof replacement. I was contacted by and introduced to the installation coordinator Julia who took me through and confirmed my requirements. The following week I received the notice of start date and process of works for installation team, electrician,plasterer. Everyone of the trade teams I encountered were excellent, arriving 10 min earlier than expected, but just got straight on with the days task, courteous at all times, and leaving everything clean at end if each day. Each morning I would be informed of what the task / aim for the day. I was contacted by the coordinator as and when the trade teams changed and confirm timings. On completion I was given a few days to identify any snagging areas, (2 cosmetic), which were made good the next day. From the initial contact to final sign-off was a stress free experience, and would highly recommend SolarFrame to anyone looking to replace a conservatory roof.

Solar Frame did a great job building our extension two years previously and do we had confidence that they could supply and fit 2 rear windows. From initial visit to installation was simple and straightforward. The team at Solar Frame are friendly and efficient, always communicating. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We appointed Solarframe to replace our old conservatory roof. The transformation has been incredible. It’s a usable space all year round. The tradesmen were all very polite, efficient, clean and tidy. They turned up when expected and we were kept up to date with the schedule through the whole process by the office having one point of contact. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Work was well co-ordinated and the job completed on schedule. Surveyor took time to assess all work required, which included repairs to adjoining wall to prevent water penetration, and subsequent replastering. Excellent job done by the builders, plasterers, electricians and fitters, although the latter let themselves down a little from a cosmetic point of view with an untidy finish to the lead flashing on the side wall. However this was rectified to a high standard by the technician who attended on the final day, and also carried out a full clean of all glasswork. Praise also goes to Julia who kept us informed at all times regarding the dates and times of the various tradesmen's visits.

Never used solarframe before but glad I did. Totally professional team delivering first class windows. Everyone involved had a friendly and efficient attitude. The fitters were like a breath of fresh air; not time wasters forever on their mobiles but good old style grafters who got on with the job and turned out a superb job. Fitters made minimum mess and cleaned up and cleared all the debris at the end. Cannot fault anybody, would definitely recommend these people and use them again.

The whole process from start to finish was faultless. Connor and Adam, the two fitters were very knowledgeable and knew their stuff. They worked together as a team perfectly ensuring the Conservatory went up without a hitch. Any questions I had they answered them staight away. I really can't fault the whole team at Solar frame and will definitely be recommending them to everybody. WELL DONE ALL.

Thankyou Solarframe for transforming my old conservatory. It looks stunning, and we are so pleased with it , now usable summer & winter. The schedule went according to plan, & the very few issues we had were rectified efficiently by our technician before signing off. We have just had 4 new windows fitted by Luke and Kez who did a good job and were very good at fitting and cleaning up after themselves . So from Sajid salesman to Julie coordinator we were kept informed all the way . We love our new windows and fully recommend Solarframe and would be more than happy to use them again ..

We were very pleased throughout the job. From the beginning the customer care was excellent with an assigned installation coordinator. The surveyor discussed the work to be done with us and explained any concerns. The fitters arrived on time and were very thorough throughout, discussing any problems with us. The finished job is of a very high standard. They took care of the surroundings and everything was left clean and tidy. Every detail was checked with us, window by window. Our only complaint was with the scaffolders (sub-contractors) who did not fit enough scaffolding in the correct locations. This delayed the fitters when they first arrived, but they surmounted this difficulty and still completed well within the time frame. Overall, we were completely satisfied with this job.

We are really pleased we chose Solarframe to upgrade our old and pretty much unusable conservatory from the sales team to the fitters plasterers electrician technical team and Katie the co ordinator were faultless. We now have a brilliant upgraded room with a new roof new doors sills & glass . Everything went according to plan, Thank you very much.

On time to start my work putting my new windows in they did a great job and took care with it and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves

Work was completed as per schedule on time. Communication with head office coordinator was excellent if and when any questions needed to be answered. All technicians were polite and efficient and the cleanup aafter all stages of the work was outstanding

From the moment we walked into the showroom in Kirkstall until the final work was completed the service and quality of Solarframe has been outstanding. This was a big project replacing a glass conservatory roof over 10m long and required a skilled contractor. Solarframe were the perfect choice. Our initial requirements were taken on board by the salesman and incorporated into the design. We were concerned about fitting a new roof onto an existing structure and wanted a better drainage system. The architect Wayne reassured us this could be achieved. On commencement a 6 man team lead by Andy with Carl arrived on time, dismantled the old glass roof and working non stop, had the basic new roof in place and watertight by the end of the first day. The welder arrived as scheduled to seal the new box gutter as part of the 1st days schedule. From then on everything progressed as planned with Stewart the electrician visiting twice for the initial and final fit in between the 2 days for Dave to plaster. All the team were great, respectful and tidy. Andy was great explaining issues and solutions and Kat in the office kept in touch to make sure everything progressed as expected. This was a 2 week contract and a substantial project costing a significant sum of money, so obviously it was a big decision. We went with Solarframe because they were a local trusted trader, with good reviews on Which. We have not been disappointed with our choice and would recommend Solarframe.

During our research we looked at many company reviews & narrowed it down to 2 to visit & obtain quotes on the strength of the existing available feedback. We were very impressed with the showroom site and all the staff we spoke to & dealt with throughout the process. We are delighted with the workmanship, the customer care and the attention to detail & we have no hesitation in fully recommending their services .

We had great service from Solar Frame from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to - salesman, fitters, electrician, plasterers, contact on phone/email were professional and helpful. We changed our minds at the last minute about having lights in the ceiling - they were very accommodating and rejigged the schedule so it would work. Little snags were dealt with well and we felt confident in the company. Would definitely recommend.

Just had our conservatory changed to extension, the fitters were excellent from start to finish, the electrician and plasterers were equally excellent in what they done for us, from the beginning of the project, to the end, all involved were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. which is very rare these days. thank you to all involved.

From the sales rep Mr Jopson to the the technician who checked and finished job SolarFrame have done an excellent job. Special mention has to go to Kat the co-ordinator who kept me informed all through the installation of my roof. Despite the rain on the first day the fitters Dean & Dagne did as much as they could before the rain stopped them. They explained why they had stopped and then completed the roof with speed the next couple of days. All the other people from Stew the electrian to the plasterers Daz & helper who worked on my conservatory came on time and did an excellent job. They were all informative and pleasant . We chose Solarframe to fit Triple glazing to the front of our property and double glazing to the rest of our windows. From Gareth the salesman who came out to show the benefits of the Solarframe product, to Stuart the surveyor, to Conor our project manager who kept us fully informed of what was happening when, and finally to our fitters John and Perry who did a perfect job of fitting our windows. The attention to detail in the finish on the trims and sealing up really exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the salesman who called originally, to the customer service who kept me informed throughout of what was going to happened on a day to day basis. And especially to all of the tradesmen who worked on the various aspects of fitting my new solid roof. They were all very professional, excellent and tidy workers.
