We are really pleased we chose Solarframe to upgrade our old and pretty much unusable conservatory from the sales team to the fitters plasterers electrician technical team and Katie the co ordinator were faultless. We now have a brilliant upgraded room with a new roof new doors sills & glass . Everything went according to plan, Thank you very much.

On time to start my work putting my new windows in they did a great job and took care with it and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves

Work was completed as per schedule on time. Communication with head office coordinator was excellent if and when any questions needed to be answered. All technicians were polite and efficient and the cleanup aafter all stages of the work was outstanding

This was a big project replacing a glass conservatory roof over 10m long and required a skilled contractor. Solarframe were the perfect choice. Our initial requirements were taken on board by the salesman and incorporated into the design. We were concerned about fitting a new roof onto an existing structure and wanted a better drainage system. The architect Wayne reassured us this could be achieved. On commencement a 6 man team lead by Andy with Carl arrived on time, dismantled the old glass roof and working non stop, had the basic new roof in place and watertight by the end of the first day. The welder arrived as scheduled to seal the new box gutter as part of the 1st days schedule. From then on everything progressed as planned with Stewart the electrician visiting twice for the initial and final fit in between the 2 days for Dave to plaster. All the team were great, respectful and tidy. Andy was great explaining issues and solutions and Kat in the office kept in touch to make sure everything progressed as expected. This was a 2 week contract and a substantial project costing a significant sum of money, so obviously it was a big decision. We went with Solarframe because they were a local trusted trader, with good reviews on Which. We have not been disappointed with our choice and would recommend Solarframe.

During our research we looked at many company reviews & narrowed it down to 2 to visit & obtain quotes on the strength of the existing available feedback. We were very impressed with the showroom site and all the staff we spoke to & dealt with throughout the process. We are delighted with the workmanship, the customer care and the attention to detail & we have no hesitation in fully recommending their services .

We had great service from Solar Frame from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to - salesman, fitters, electrician, plasterers, contact on phone/email were professional and helpful. We changed our minds at the last minute about having lights in the ceiling - they were very accommodating and rejigged the schedule so it would work. Little snags were dealt with well and we felt confident in the company. Would definitely recommend.

We chose Solar Frame by recommendation and were not disappointed. From the salesman who demonstrated the conservatory roof replacement product through to the excellent tradesmen who fitted it the whole process was very straightforward. Out customer service contact Connor kept us updated throughout the fitting process with when tradesmen would be on site. We are very pleased with the finished roof it looks fabulous.

Just had our conservatory changed to extension, the fitters were excellent from start to finish, the electrician and plasterers were equally excellent in what they done for us, from the beginning of the project, to the end, all involved were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. which is very rare these days. thank you to all involved.

From the sales rep Mr Jopson to the the technician who checked and finished job SolarFrame have done an excellent job. Special mention has to go to Kat the co-ordinator who kept me informed all through the installation of my roof. Despite the rain on the first day the fitters Dean & Dagne did as much as they could before the rain stopped them. They explained why they had stopped and then completed the roof with speed the next couple of days. All the other people from Stew the electrian to the plasterers Daz & helper who worked on my conservatory came on time and did an excellent job. They were all informative and pleasant . We chose Solarframe to fit Triple glazing to the front of our property and double glazing to the rest of our windows. From Gareth the salesman who came out to show the benefits of the Solarframe product, to Stuart the surveyor, to Conor our project manager who kept us fully informed of what was happening when, and finally to our fitters John and Perry who did a perfect job of fitting our windows. The attention to detail in the finish on the trims and sealing up really exceeded our expectations. We connot praise the team at Solarframe for the great service they have provided to us with such a great product. Thanks.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the salesman who called originally, to the customer service who kept me informed throughout of what was going to happened on a day to day basis. And especially to all of the tradesmen who worked on the various aspects of fitting my new solid roof. They were all very professional, excellent and tidy workers.

I chose Solar frame to teplace my existing leaking conservatory, like for like. I wanted a reputable company and had often received adverts through the post or see them around. From start to finish all the persons involved were professional. I never felt pushed into more. The sales person was realistic with me and spent time. I was updated throughout from the office. The installers, plasteter and technician were all friendly and professional. They took their time and worked to a high standard. They involved me throughout and were very accomodating to my work commitments. The finished conservatory looks fantastic a lovely improvement to my home and free if leaks.

Everything was so professional and well organised. The team worked really hard and did a fabulous job. All in all the whole thing took 4 days to do - we had a complete window and door replacement as well as a proper new roof fitted on our conservatory plus external led lights. I personally loved the way we were kept informed by the office.

We used SolarFrame because they often send leaflets through the door, but also because we visited their showroom in Leeds. We didn't know what we wanted to do (either replace our roof with glass or make it solid) but the showroom really helped us decide. We requested SolarFrame organise a designer to come round while in the showroom, and he came over a few days later. He was able to give us a quote and show us what everything would look like the same hour he arrived, which surprised us. We ended up getting an earlier start date as it was a "simple job", which was proven correct considering the builders managed to do the whole thing in a single day. An electrician turned up the day after the roof went on and did some of the groundwork for our lighting, then the day after the plasterer finished off the build. As this was over Christmas, we then needed to wait for the new year to complete everything. We painted the ceiling in that time so that once the electrician came back and finished the lighting in the new year, it would be easier to paint (would recommend doing this). The electrician went over and above and sorted out a fault in our wiring that was preventing the lights from being hooked up, so many thanks to him. Finally, someone came to touch up and seal any holes. Our coordinator kept us up-to-date on everything during this period and everything went smoothly. This did cost us a surprising amount, however we think that it was worth every penny.

We used Solarframe to replace the frames and roof on our conservatory. We are pleased with the work completed and although we had some issues during the build, Solarframe were good at liaising with us to try and rectify these. We were mostly kept informed of when tradesmen were going to arrive on site and were contacted at various points to check all was going as planned. The tradesmen arrived promptly each day and were polite and hardworking answering any questions we had. The roof is great quality and looks fantastic but we had some issues with the smaller windows in our build, however the fitters, technicians and co-ordinator all worked together to get these finished to our satisfaction. The plastering is of a good standard and the electricians were great and very prompt too. Everyone also tidied up and left everything clean after their part was complete. Overall we are happy with our new conservatory but I would advise others to highlight anything you aren't happy with as Solarframe were happy to put right anything that was not quite up to scratch.

Love our doors and huge picture window. Installation done without a hitch despite weight of the glass. Will definitely be using SolarFrame again.

The planning and work was carried out really efficiently. The location meant the builders had to do loads of lifting and shifting, which they did without complaint. Regular messages through out informing us of the work and dates and times of the upcoming work so we could arrrange access etc. Snags dealt with effectively and promptly, which is all you can ask for when dealing with builders. We are really pleased with the new roof on our conservatory. Everyone involved was excellent, from Kat coordinating from the office, the electrician Stew, the plasterers Daz and team and especially Maccauley and Billy who worked through the rain. All the team turned up on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. It wasn't the cheapest but having seen the quality of the product and workmanship I would highly recommend Solarframe. From initial phone call to the company to the fitting of new windows we have had excellent service each step of the way. Each member of the team has been extremely professional and friendly with good communication. Andy and Deklan did the fitting and we would definitely ask for them again. Very happy with new windows.

We had a new conservatory roof made and fitted by Solarframes. From the initial survey to the final sign off, it has been very straightforward with really clear and regular communication. The workmen have been excellent - polite, tidy, and wokr of a high quality. The whole installation was completed within 3 weeks, and we would have no hesitation in using them again.

We used SolarFrame to replace a 17 window 6x3m conservatory for an extension with a solid roof and sliding doors. The company really don’t hang around and get to work quickly. The whole process was seamless which was unexpected given the different trades required. All work was completed to a high standard and the workmen were exceptionally tidy and respectful. Having an allocated coordinator throughout was fantastic. Kat is an asset to the company and goes out of her way to answer any queries and concerns. Without her our experience would have been so much different. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend this company. My only regret is that we haven’t done this sooner! My advice…..jump in with two feet, you won’t regret it.

From start to finish we were treated with the upmost respect. The two fitters Andrew and Declan were absolutely brilliant. They cleaned up at the end of each day and it was spotless. They were polite, friendly and extremely efficient. They made the experience very positive. I would definitely recommend them, they are an asset to SolarFrame. The quality of the product is outstanding and made such a difference to our home. Many thanks to all of the staff involved in this process.

We were surprised at the speed with which Lee and Brandon took down our old conservatory and put in place the frame for the new one. All expertly done, and with the minimum of time. The plasterer also, with the minimum of fuss, did an excellent job. Particular mention must be given to Matt who did all the finishing touches. Beautifully done with all the seals etc perfect. Throughout all this, managed so well by Julia - even when the glass supplier let us all down, Julia was still on top of new arrangements and keeping us informed. Thank you to you all. From start to finish, we had the impression of dealing with a very professional company in terms of information supplied, contact details, financial options and reliable tradesmen. The replacement conservatory roof was installed on schedule despite the weather by a team of skilled and hard-working tradesmen. Special thanks to the fitters for going the extra mile and to the technician on the final day for resolving all the inevitable minor issues. The supply of information after completion was comprehensive in terms of aftercare, warranties and useful advice. All in all, a highly successful transaction.
