This was a very painless process from Gareth coming to see us at home to discuss options, to Mark and Steve leaving after the job was completed. Kat, our co-ordinator kept us up to date with everything as soon as a date was agreed for the work to be done. Steve and Mark arrived at the agreed time and cracked on with the task in hand. All the windows and doors were in before lunchtime, even the front room window which had to be rectified following a botched job by the installers of the old one. Had to admire the teamwork of Steve and Mark, Steve outside doing trim and finishing and Mark on the inside trimming and sealing. Poor Steve got a bit wet as it was the day of the mini blizzard!! Cleared up before they left, all the old doors and windows on the van and we stood back and admired their handiwork. A credit to Solarframe!! We are extremely pleased with everything and noticed a difference straight away. Customer Service at it's best.

Solarframe provided us with a new front door and sliding patio doors both of which we are completly satisfied with. From the start of the job to completion it was a very thourough and proffesional mannor all participants in the job kept & the job was done to perfection. Thank you solarframe !

We wanted to add more room to the downstairs of our house, but extending at the back felt a bit tricky for the size of room we wanted. This was due to the ground being on different levels and the existing back wall having a bay window and drains etc. we asked SolarFrame to come and have a look and they were able to find solutions to all of the complications. They drew us up a great design and once we’d agreed what we wanted they managed the planning process. Once planning was approved we agreed a start date and Connor managed the process from there. We had a few additional challenges that cropped up in the build but all were dealt with and it was 7 weeks from start to finish (against an original 6 week plan.) The quality of the work is very good and we are very pleased with the result.

From start to finish very easy process . Always kept informed at every stage by Co-ordinator Kat , who also was available to answer any queries . Fitters Adam and Connor , plasterer Terry and Tech Andrew all turned up when expected and did a good job , with minimum mess and inconvenience to us . Especially grateful as our holiday date changed and everybody worked round it and completed the work ahead of schedule .

Amazing service. The windows and doors look great, so well fitted, look great inside and out. The process and team was clear, simple and friendly. We had a few snagging topics after installation but they were managed professionally throughout while being friendly and helpful.

This was a very straightforward business. From ordering the installation Solarframe has coordinated the errection of scaffolding, removing our draughty wooden windows and replacing them with good looking and weathertight new frames. Overall the work was tidy, though a good deal of sweeping was needed later (the job was done during a spell of very high winds).

I would highly recommend SolarFrame. They were great from start to finish. From getting a good quote to fitting. The lads worked cleanly and tidied up afterwards. Great service.

Absolutely blown away by the service from Solarframe! From the very first visit, Sajid was absolutely incredible – he didn’t just measure up, he walked me through every option for styles and colours, and even asked questions I’d never even considered. That level of care was exactly why I chose Solarframe over other companies I had quotes from. All down to Sajid! Wayne then came out for a few final checks, and I was introduced to Connor, my installation coordinator, who kept me updated every step of the way. It honestly made the whole process feel effortless and stress-free. When it came to fitting, Johne and Perry were amazing – so friendly, approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. They answered all my questions, and I also had! The result looks incredible, and I can’t stop admiring my new windows and doors! I had 12 windows, 3 doors, and French doors fitted. If you’re thinking about upgrading, seriously – go with Solarframe. They’ve absolutely smashed it.

We have received excellent service from two consultations with Saj, our surveyor consultation with Stuart and our fitting today with Mark and Steve. All contact has been extremely professional and we were given time and patience in making our decision. All staff have been very friendly and courteous, including Kat, and we were thrilled with the final result today. Many thanks to all concerned.

SolarFrame were recommended to me. Excellent communication, organisation, products and product support. I was allocated a coordinator who contacted me regularly with updates of the work schedule, allowing me to fit in other appointments. All trades were of a high standard and worked well to ensure satisfaction. Trades checked with me as their part of the build progressed. Would recommend and certainly not hesitate to use them for any future project.

Arrived on site at the time stated and promptly set to work quickly and quietly. I had requested Dean and Dayne to carry out this work as I was so impressed with their work ethic and their workmanship on a previous job installing 4 windows and an external door. I was equally impressed on this occasion too. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, leaving no remedial works to be done by me. After the contract had been signed, I asked if the door furniture could be changed from chrome to brass, and this was done without any problem by Chris Carter. My thanks also go to Kat Padovan for coordinating the whole operation. I am highly satisfied with SolarFrame and hope to be placing another order shortly to complete the replacement of windows and doors at ground level on my property.

Solarframe replaced the window frames, glazing and roof in my old and very tired conservatory. I am happy with all aspects of the work carried out from the initial look round their showroom to the work completion. I am amazed at the difference both the updated double glazing and insulated roof has made to the room which is now useable all of the time and not just for a few months of the year. The recent heat wave has certainly proved the work to be well worth it. All of the tradesman that worked on the project were professional, extremely competent and very helpful. Things happened as programmed and a very minor glitch was sorted quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solarframe if a conservatory needs a transformation.

Solarframe have just completed the installation of seven windows replacing the old original hardwood units. The work was efficiently coordinated by Kat and we were provided with all the information regarding dates, times and the installation process. The installers, Adam and Connor, did a thoroughly professional job of removing the old windows and replacing with the new units. They were very respectful of the property and left all areas in a clean and tidy condition. The work was completed to a high standard and we are delighted with the finished product - the new windows look great! Thanks again to all at Solarframe involved with the project especially Kat, Adam and Connor. From our experience we would definitely recommend Solarframe.

I was advised that Dean and Dayne would arrive between 08-30 and 09-30 but they arrived at 07-40. This was no problem as an early start means an early finish. I was most impressed by their courteous manner and the prompt start made on the work. They were meticulous in their preparatory work laying down dust sheets etc. and asking where I would like them to start. They worked quickly and as quietly as they could, given the work involved in removing the existing frames. Their work ethic was phenomenal as they worked continuously with only an occasional break for a very well-earned brew. Their attention to detail was most noticeable when completing the final adjustments and clearing away upon completion. The locking procedures were fully explained and demonstrated. I cannot fault this stage of the work in any way and the same goes for the experience from my initial inquiry, sales rep. visit and measuring survey. All were conducted in a highly professional manner with no sales pressure. I'm so impressed that I will almost certainly be placing an order for another door and window to my living room to be replaced later this summer (your surveyor measured up for this whilst he was here). All that being said, and bearing in mind that I worked in the building industry for 33 years, am a very happy customer and will not hesitate to recommend SolarFrame.

From our first visit to the show room to sign off on completion of our extension all went smoothly. Our coordinator Connor kept us fully informed on timescales with all the trades turning up on schedule and working to the highest standards. Just had our old conservatory roof converted to a solid roof. We have been thoroughly impressed with the standard of workmanship by everyone we have encountered. We had calls and texts for each tradesman stating the date, time and how long each would take to complete their part of the job, and each one followed by a call from the co-ordinator to check we were satisfied. We would like to thank the whole team for a fairly painless journey to what has now become another ‘room’ to our house. Solarframe have just completed a solid roof and new frames on our previously very dated conservatory. From the outset, the company and staff were very professional, were on time for all appointments from the sales chap through all the trades to the sign off by the technician. Kat in the office coordinated the work and kept us informed of who and when trades would be attending. There is inevitable disruption when having work done at the house but all trades were efficient, polite and tidied after themselves. Adam and Conner as the fitters worked really hard and it was great how quickly the structure was replaced, Terry and his plasterer mate sorted the boarding and plastering in a day, Ryan the electrician and Chris the plumber sorted their side of things with no fuss and checked we were happy before they left and Andrew the tech guy sealed and thoroughly cleaned the interior. Just to balance the review, the lead time was slightly longer than we were told it would be but this is really splitting hairs because the whole process was so good. The quality seems great, the price was around what we were expecting the quote to be. I’m not a big ‘leave reviews’ type person but credit where it’s due.

Would certainly recommend Solarframe. From the initial enquiry at their showroom to the dismantling of the old conservatory, and the installation and sign off of the new one we can’t fault their workmanship plus Connor, our installation coordinator, kept us updated every step of the way. We had a couple of minor issues which got resolved in a timely manner.

20 year old conservatory was removed down to low wall brickwork. Replaced with solid insulated roof building with modern windows and frames and a single Velux style roof window. Organisation of the work was very good and was completed on time with everything from the original conservatory removed. Sign off followed a half day visit from a finishing technician that left the new building neat and clean. We are already appreciating how the new building has eliminated the extreme heat build up on a sunny day, and how much better heat is retained when it’s cooler and less sunny outside.

I had my conservatory removed down to the window sill brick layer. New windows and new bifold doors were fitted with a new lightweight roof. The conservatory is now a proper room that is fully insulated. The ceiling is very modern looking and really sets the scene with its inset ceiling lights. All work is of the highest quality but a special mention must be made about the professionalism, helpfulness, and great attitude of all the people who made the transition possible. Great work and a pleasingly very tidy workplace.

Solarframe have replaced our conservatory roof and windows in the last couple of weeks with a lightweight solid roof, new frames and door, and they have done an excellent job. Everything went smoothly, just as set out in the schedule. The two fitters, Adam & Connor, were great and they worked constantly from the time they arrived to the time they finished, as did the plasterers. All the team that worked on our project were very friendly and respectful of the property, leaving it clean and tidy when they had finished. Thanks also to Kat, our co-ordinator.
