Solarframe Kirkstall

I finally decided to replace the frames and windows and get a solid roof for my conservatory. I chose to get a quote from Solar frame and as they were Which recommended. To be honest its been such an amazing experience from start to finish. After going to their showroom in Leeds they promptly sent out a sales man, Tom Bishop, who kindly answered all my questions and really came across as honest and trustworthy and helped design the conservatory to my needs, his approach helped me finally decide on using Solar frame. The service from there on continued to be fantastic. I was kept up to speed each step of the way by Julia, my allocated coordinator, who even called me on the days the fitters etc were in the house checking I was happy with how things were going. The guys putting up the frame, Lee and Brad, were meticulously organised and tidy, in the way they lay out the supplies (never seen it done like that before but made their job way easier) and the way they put the conservatory up. It was due to rain on the day it was to go up and the speed they worked at was phenomenal. The plasterers and electricians were also great. It felt like everyone went out of their way each step of the way. The whole conservatory feels like its a new room and looks amazing! - I can't vouch for the winter yet but over the last few weeks its definitely felt warmer inside it than outside which was definitely not the case before. I definitely would recommend this company.
