We decided to replace our garage door and the windows on our windows we approached the market leaders for quotes and at the last minute approached two local firms. After receiving quotes and homes visits from both, the choice was obvious, the products appear identical Solihull Windows gave us a 5 week schedule the alternative was we can fit you in in about two months. What was surprising, was the difference in price, Solihull Windows price was half that of the market leaders although we recieved several phone calls suggesting the price was negotiable which I found alarming. The work.......can't fault it. We can't find a fault with the windows, the catches are a little stiff but are freeing up with use. The installation took less than 6hrs the workman were profesional and left the flat spotless. The guarantee is excellent. I strongly recommend looking locally for tradesmen, we hade a similar experience with the garage door. Nationwide coverage is no guarantee of service or price.

Just a "Thank you" is not enough to express my appreciation to their whole team from Solihull Windows. Back to the day one that I was luckily to search their good company from Internet according to those good comments previously. Therefore, we made our decision to contact via email and given an order to them for our main front door. Their office has provided us a smooth communication regarding to our order. We've also visited their shop located on Stratford Road and Anne & Natalie were both introduced us the quality of their doors and workflow into the details. Chris and a young man were both provided us the accurate measurement for the size of our door (absolutely arrival on time and being professional measurement). For the big day of our installation, Jaden & Tilton were both arrived to our house on time and performed the fantastic installation of our main door. They checked and adjusted everything into details, fixed my old wall and cleaned up all the dirts afterward. Nothing left behinds after the installation and this is absolutely surprised I and my wife. Besides, they have also followed up the paperwork after the installation. I got my Certass certificate and 10 years warranty for my main door now. We're so satisfied the quality and service provided by Solihull Windows. We had the front bay windows and porch replaced. We had previously had the back windows replaced a couple of years ago with Solihull Windows and were very satisfied with the whole process and end product. The recent work was completed to a very high standard. The whole process went smoothly. From the gentleman who came to measure up to the fitters and the showroom staff everyone was very professional. Pride was taken in their work and the end product. If we need future windows to be replaced we would not hesitate to contact the company again.

I found the company online while searching for an arched porch. Their website had a photo of exactly what was required. Their ordering process was simple and the porch was fitted before expected. As often happens with bespoke windows and doors, it wasn’t fitting exactly right. However, the company came out and adjusted the door and frame to ensure that it was perfect. Things can always go wrong but the mark of a good company is how well they deal with it. This company were excellent.

Needed two doors replaced and preferred a local company rather than a national one. Solihull Windows are local so we called in to have a chat. They were very helpful, gave us brochures and lots of information. A few days later we placed an order and were told they would contact us when the doors were ready. We were kept in touch by phone and email and told what to expect on the day. The fitters arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were quiet and efficient, we hardly knew they were there! When the work was complete, they explained how the locks and handles etc. worked, and when we were happy, we were given details on how to pay. We were very happy with the doors, and it all went very smoothly.

Chris and Dave came to fit a new back door for me which they did proficiently and with minimal amount of disturbance. I now have a cosy, draught-free kitchen. There was also a little side window which Dave bricked up for me and I was very pleasantly surprised how much trouble he took to enhance the outside appearance. It is now an attractive rectangular recess with bricks matching, to boot! Ann, in the office, was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Altogether, it was very good value for the price and I do highly recommend Solihull Windows.
