Hi, thank you for taking the time to look at my page on Which Trusted Traders.
I have been running SPM for over fifteen years now painting and decorating for happy clients.
SPM could assist you with your painting and decorating, including full decorating make over with shiny new fitted painted woodwork and trims.
I am painting from Ancaster in between Grantham and Sleaford.
Decorating most of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire so together we could make the inside or outside of your property dazzle.

Rory did a lot of decorating for us in our house which included small areas where the plaster needed sorting also. He also did a few smaller jobs such as fitting a velux window blind. He was professional, friendly, reliable, hard working and tidied up after himself. I would highly recommend him.

Rory fitted a new roof to my garden shed (boards and felt), repaired a leak from washing machine plumbing and completed a couple of handyman jobs in the kitchen. It was a genuine pleasure to deal with Rory from quotation through to completion of work. The work was completed on time and to the quoted amount, despite a couple of unforeseen issues with the shed work. He was friendly, cheerful, approachable, tidy and on-time.

Rebuilt wall in bathroom loft conversion due to damp in shower cubicle. Then retiled to match existing and fitted new thermostatic shower and shower cubicle. Previously painted outside of house front & rear. Always arrived on time, left everything neat & tidy at the end of the day. Work was of a very high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Sonic have carried out two quite different painting jobs for us. The first was a first painting of newly built/plastered rooms. Rory gave excellent guidance in the planning and the execution was fantastic. The second was a total external house painting, including plinths, fascias and porch surrounds. Again, the work on this was first class. Sonic have always been very considerate of our home and our needs. We will always use Sonic for work on our home wherever possible.

I would highly recommend Sonic Property Maintenance for both high quality service and beautiful work. We had 3 rooms painted to a very high standard, and then cabinets and shelving made for living room alcoves. Great quality work and all done very efficiently.
