We reached out to several moving companies when we needed to move from our 2 bed flat to a 3 bedroom house. Soti Move was the only one who made the 'scoping process' as painless as possible. We didn't have to fill in lengthy forms or to carve time in our day to do a video call. Instead, Soti moves worked around our super busy schedules and accepted video recordings that we took ourselves when we had time. Moving house is a stressful process and Soti Move's attitude to the scoping was a big reason we selected them amongst many other larger providers. The quote we received was also unbelievably competitive compared to anyone else, so overall value for money was great! On the day of the move, Andreijs showed up with another 2 guys and within less than 45 min had loaded all of our belongings into 2 vans! They were super respectful with our stuff and didn't rush us in any way for the areas we hadn't fully completed! As a bonus, they also provided some sturdy boxes for our plants which meant we didn't have to take them through the London underground! 1.5 hours later (due to a bad traffic jam) they were already unloading our belongings into our new house! They did so quickly and skilfully, lifting heavy furniture to the top floor! Whilst all throughout being in good spirit and a nice company! Our move couldn't have been more enjoyable and we wholeheartedly recommend Soti Move LTD to anyone looking to move!

I first contacted Andrey to arrange a move the week the pandemic first hit and so he was very understanding when I had to cancel! More than a year later, I got in touch again and Andrey was very accommodating and was able to fit me in. On the day of the move, Andrey and his team arrived early, dressed professionally and ready to move my items out of a storage unit. They did this with care and efficiency and the work was carried out faster than I expected. My items were unloaded on the other side with that same care and caution and nothing was broken or missing. Soti Move provides a great service and I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them myself again in the future!

We booked Soti Move to move us to our new house from our flat. They carried out a full packing service, as well as dismantling and reassembling two large beds. They came the day before the move to pack, and were quick and efficient. They made sure to ask us how boxes should be labelled. They also left the work of dismantling out main bed to the next day so we had somewhere to sleep! The move itself was incredibly smooth, and on arriving they quickly unloaded boxes and furniture, placing everything where we needed it. Everything was packed and transported carefully and there were no breakages or any damage. Overall Andrejs and his team took all the stress out of the move, and were friendly as well. We found Soti Move after our removal company cancelled on us. After calling 30+ moving companies, to our relief they had availability on our chosen date. On the day of the move Andrey and his team showed up promptly. They were very professional about parking the two removal vans, which was a bit difficult on our address. They handled everything with extreme care. Wrapped up delicate items. Provided advice on how to pack and wrap some items up, some of which we hadn't thought about. They were very quick, hard working and most importantly, they took good care of everything to the point where I could relax and take my mind off what is one of the most stressful events. When it came to unloading, they placed every item in its desired room and even asked us where we planned to put furniture to make sure they left spaces clear. They even helped assemble some items too. Overall they went above and beyond on what we expected and we couldn't have been happier with their service. I would recommend them in an instant. It's almost a shame that we won't be moving again any time soon as I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I'd thoroughly recommend Soti Move for anyone with an upcoming move (and already have to several friends). From providing the quote through to the move and unpacking itself, Andrey and his team were excellent. Andrej was always happy to answer any questions prior to moving day and provided helpful suggestions on packing. Andrej and the team were all very friendly, polite and extremely professional. Andrej made what could have been a stressful day a breeze. Soti Move were very competitively priced, including dismantling and reassembly some furniture.

SOTI removers arrived on time and worked efficiently - a team of 5 to move me from a 5 bedroom Victorian house to a smaller downsized property 1.7 miles away. It was raining throughout and involved lots of moving vans due to traffic congestion during the morning. We were also taught the art of packing posters and mirrors to ensure safe keeping - The team were friendly and efficient throughout the day and very productive achieving the move without any problems - Communication was good and the price was fair - I would highly recommend this company when looking for a team of removers.

Soti helped us move home from London to Cambridgeshire and we are so glad we chose them. They actually started off at a third address in Essex to make an initial collection of furniture, and for two collection addresses the price quoted was incredibly reasonable. Other quotes we had were not competitive. And whereas other providers never followed up on their initial quotes with us, which makes you feel like just a number - with Soti we felt like our move mattered. Other providers made errors in quoting or had processes that were fiddly to engage with, whereas Andrey’s communications were great throughout and we were never unclear on any point. On the day itself, the team was professional, polite and friendly, worked within agreed timeframes and cost and there were no hidden surprises. Overall we felt immediately comfortable with Soti and the fact that we were able to put our trust in these guys and not have to worry about any aspect of the move itself, especially on the day, was great. Andrey and his team were fantastic! They helped us with our recent house move - initially moving old furniture into storage. Then helping us to move our furniture from one flat to another. They were friendly, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. Highly recommend them - would definitely use them again for any future moves.

We can thoroughly recommend Soti Move! From the start Andrey was very helpful, easy and quick to communicate with and very flexible to our ever changing completion dates. He managed to fit us in at very short notice. We had a 3 man team, who were great, they really took the stress out of our moving day. Very professional yet friendly and even offered to help mop up after a leaking washing machine. Nothing phased them on the day like the old owners not being finished moving out on arrival and a difficult Victorian house with very narrow doorways/staircases. We would recommend the dismantling service, they took down even IKEA wardrobes carefully, looked after all the pieces and put everything up the other side, well worth it. The price was very competitive too, so amazing value.
