Rang Andrey on a Tuesday for a small pre move house clearence on the Thursday (mainly garden shed & other assorted). Andrey was on a train but couldn't have been move helpful. He send a quote promptly but then rang back later to say he had a cancellation on the Wednesday if we wanted to do it then. We said yes and the following day Arthur and Charlie arrived and cleared the shed and assorted clobber (500kgs) in a couple of hours. Fast, efficient and smiley. Will definitely use them for our main move.

We needed to move from a small leased office to a serviced office, while downsizing by two thirds. So, in addition to moving some of the contents (computers, documents, office supplies), we also had to get rid of 10 large desks, chairs, filing cabinets, bookshelves, tables, white goods and misc furniture accumulated since the last move 20 years ago. Soti Move communicated promptly and helpfully from the quote request all the way to the moving day. They organised crate hire and provided useful advice on packing. We were able to choose the best moving date for us. On the moving day, the team arrived on time (9am), and I was impressed with their speed and skill. We were moving only a couple blocks up the road, so they offered to bring the crates over a few at a time, which enabled us to unpack in the new office while the furniture was being dismantled. Everything had been cleared and moved by 3pm, including bin bags and boxes of rubbish. Very pleased with how smoothly it all went to plan and within the quoted price.

I asked Soti Move to help clear my mum's house after she passed away, to get it ready to put on the market. I had used them previously in 2023 to move flat, but was aware that they did house clearance work too. Andrey and Arthur worked very efficiently to clear the contents of a 3 bedroom semi-detached house, as well as the outside areas including shed and garage. The job took them just 5-6 hours in total. They worked very sensitively, bearing in mind that this was my childhood home. They communicated clearly at all stages, asking questions to clarify what needed disposing of and what needed clearing. Andrey offered very sensible advice on what items could be left for any potential buyers. I have no hesitation in recommending Soti Move, and I plan to engage their services again in the future.

Brilliant service from agreeing the quote to the actual move. Andrey and his team are very professional and took great care of our possessions. We used their move service (without packing), but Andrey also provided us with really useful tips on how best to pack, etc. He was very responsive throughout the process. I booked Soti Movers for my flat move from South West London to east London this month, and had a wholly positive experience.
