Soti Move carried out our move from London to Newcastle Upon Tyne. The team, Andrey, Arthur and Armands, were brilliant from start to finish. Andrey communicated with us regularly throughout the process to ensure our needs were met. He accurately calculated how much packaging and boxes we needed, and the teams arrived on time to collect and deliver our furniture & boxes. We were highly impressed by the quality, care and efficiency with which Andrey and the team wrapped, boxed, handled and transported our fragile furniture as well as the larger items. There was not a scratch or any damage at all to any item. We chose Soti Move based on the excellent Which? reviews, and we are so happy we chose them. They are amazing!!

I could not recommend Andrey and the Soti team more highly. His team carried out my sister’s house move 3 years ago and we were all so impressed by the efficiency, professionalism and level of care the team put into their work that they were the only people I wanted to trust with my own move. The team are kind, warm and very sensitive to the fact that moving house is an incredibly stressful and emotional time in someone’s life. They show nothing but respect to you as a client and handle all possessions with genuine care. The team carried out a full packing and removal service for me taking everything from London to a storage unit in Kent. Soti is a small, family-run company but boy, they deliver! We moved from a flat to a house in June this year and Soti Move made the entire relocation very effective and smooth. On all steps of this otherwise stressful process we were assured by the professionalism and experience of Andrey and his team. We were astonished at the speed of both packing and moving our possessions but at the same time we never had to worry about anything being damaged (and indeed not a single item was broken during the move!). The team was also helpful and proactive when navigating any stumbling blocks (i.e. narrow doorways or blocked passageways). What's most important: the initial quote was spot on and there were no unpleasant surprises (i.e. additional, unexpected charges) when paying the final invoice. As the matter of fact we were reimbursed for all the materials we didn't use. Additionally Andrey offered to collect all the empty boxes few weeks after the move, once we unpacked all our things - this sustainable move allows also to provide lower cost service to public sector institutions (i.e. schools) which we were more than happy with! All in all, Soti Move made the stressful experience very bearable and we truly felt we were in safe hands. We will use them in the future if we ever have to move again and I wholeheartedly can recommend this service to others.

I booked Soti to move from South London flat to a home in East London. It was a short notice move (1 week) but after I sent a video detailing my stuff and a note that I had a few items to collect at a nearby address, Soti Move were able to generate an affordable quote quickly. On the moving day the team were prompt and professional, clearing the property with care in a few hours. They went straight to the new address and unloaded, finishing the job very quickly. They were attentive and professional and moved items into all the correct spaces. I would not hesitate to use their services again. 10/10 would recommend.

Andrey and the Team have assisted us through a move into a temporary home and then onwards to our final home when our purchase fell through. This meant assisting us with packing and a move to storage as well as into temporary accommodation before our final move to our new house. They are simply amazing from start to finish and made a very stressful time much, much easier. Both Andrey and Arthur personally oversea the whole process and treat our belongings like they are there own - such a professional service and just great guys to have on the day of such a big move. We cant recommend them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone - we we're recommended them by a friend and I can see why they get so many referrals.

Andrey and the Soti team were brilliant in helping us move. Took the stress out of our moving day! Arranging the move with them was very easy. Andrey helped us estimate the number of boxes we'd need, gave us very helpful advice on packing and arranging parking, they were also proactive in suggestion/mentioning things that might be helpful that we we hadn't thought of. When they arrived on the day they were efficient and professional, putting us at ease for the move. They communicated with us throughout the day to make sure things were going where they needed, including into some hard to access areas (for example moving a sofa up narrow stairs), and were flexible, friendly, and personable throughout. They also did an excellent job of taking apart and reassembling some large pieces of IKEA furniture. All in all they did an excellent job which came in as quoted. I would highly recommend them (and in fact already have).

We booked Soti for a house move to Whitstable, we vastly underestimated how much stuff we had. Andrey packed his van and told us not to worry, he had another truck which meant we were able to carry out our move without a hitch. This was no mean feat on a very rainy day while my toddler and me (8 months pregnant) sat in the car unable to help. We did pay a bit extra but all in all, it was very reasonable especially as it was my fault that I had not taken Andrey's advice of providing a video. Can't reccomend highly enough.

We recently used Sotimove for a move from London to Cambridge, including their packing service, having seen them consistently recommended online. The whole process went perfectly – we couldn't have asked for a better service. The price that Andrey quoted was very reasonable and he went to the extra effort of looking up our address on Google Maps to check access. They packed up all our furniture in a few hours the day before the move, and moving day itself went quickly and smoothly, including unpacking. Communication was excellent throughout and the crew were kind and friendly. We highly recommend Sotimove and would certainly use them again.

Andrey and his team from Soti moved my daughter to her new flat in London this week, plus moving some of the contents to Oxfordshire. They did an excellent job, particularly in disassembling and reassembling lots of ikea furniture! The move was accomplished very efficiently and quickly and the team were very friendly and helpful.
