Andre and his team did a fantastic job moving us from London to Dorset. They were prompt, reliable and friendly and helped make it all go smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would totally use them again.

Fantastic service. Would 100% recommend. Moving into a new flat in London but my new flat did not complete in time so had to keep my items at Soti's storage last minute, instead of moving directly. Andrey and team had been super helpful along the journey - they had a solution for every issue I had: removal, carpet protection, junk clearance, storage, extending storage period when I need more time to complete, and they were very accommodative to my changing plans as well. Some items were heavy and had to be moved via stairs but no complaints from the team. All items were handled with care - no missing items and no damaged items. The team arrived on time on the day with adequate communication before and on the day. Removal done swiftly. Absolutely professional service. They made the whole experience super easy.

We used Andrej and his team in February 2023 to move from London to Stroud. We are a family of four with two young children so our flat was chaotic and cluttered and we hadn't had a chance to scale down our possessions or organise anything. Andrej and his team made it as smooth as possible, packing up the whole lot on day one and then loading and moving it 100 miles on day two. They were super professional and completely unfazed by our mess, even when we turned out to have a bit more stuff than we'd estimated. They arrived at our new house before we did, and got on with unloading everything into the right rooms while communicating with us on the phone to check. Nothing was lost or damaged and everything was clearly labelled so we could find things. Most importantly, they were nice people and this is what you need because it's surprising how emotionally unsettling it is to move home.

This was the second time that I used Soti removal services. The service this time, just like the first time last summer, was superb. Excellent communication, punctual, friendly, gentle with the delicate equipment and efficient. I was moving studio in South-East London and had to relocate a number of personal belongings along with old music and audio equipment. Everything was handled with the greatest of care and attention. Highly recommned. I will be using again.

Soti Move are easy to recommend. Andrei and Elvis helped us clear our house over two days to prepare for a renovation project. They quoted quickly - and were of excellent value. They were punctual, polite, cheerful, and flexible. They showed a lot of care with all our things, including those that were clearly worthless! The team had been extremely helpful, with great commununication leading up to the move (helping figure out the sizing, parking requirements, etc) so the move on the day was stress-free. They were friendly and efficient and were great at helping accomodate additional changes we had on the day (we had a nunch of large plants that were not well packaged and they were able to not only fit them in but do so very securely and all the plants made it in great condition. The service was also much better priced than the competitors so great value for money as well, would absolutely recommend.

We used SOTI to move from a flat to a house and they were absolutely brilliant! Andrey was great at answering questions and providing updates via phone and email. They dropped the packing materials around to us ahead of the move and Arthur explained the best way to wrap and pack furniture which made the move a lot easier on the day. The team of 4 were very efficient, careful and friendly and made the whole move (inc furniture dismantle/reassemble) really straightforward.

I used Soti Move for an international relocation (moving away from London to mainland Europe) across 5 different countries and using 2 ferries, and they made it a very easy and comfortable experience. They were very helpful in the preparations stage planning the relocation (always available with advice any time we needed it) and once the day came, super efficient and fast. Their pricing is also very fair, so was great value for money. Everything was loaded with extreme care and nothing was damaged or lost. I can't recommend them high enough if you are moving - whether nationally or internationally.

We had a particularly stressful exchange and completion (super last minute over 2 days), despite this Soti Move were extremely understanding and were clear regarding the deposit and booking process. We used Soti for both of our moves - one from our old house into storage, and then from storage into our new house 7months later. Both times they did a great job. Communications were clear and prompt before each move. The teams took great care of our belongings and nothing was damaged on either move. They gave us sound advice re. how to protect some fragile items like televisions. And it's all done with really positive attitudes and smiles! Even the odd time when we changed our mind about where something heavy should go, absolutely no problem for Andrey and his team. Competitive pricing too, actually not the cheapest quote we received but the exceptional service means I'm certain it was the best value. Thanks again to Andrey and team for your excellent work.

Soti Move were highly recommended to me by a friend. I got lots of quotes - theirs was good and I felt assured because my friend had used them. They moved the contents of my 2 bedroom ground floor flat to a new 1st floor maisonette (including LOTS of boxes of records). They were brilliant. From communication beforehand to advice on packing, and then the job itself. I couldn’t believe how quickly they did it. Really excellent value for money. Exceptional service: fast, reliable and courteous. Andrejs was easy and quick in replying to my enquires, his team turned up about 20 mins early and worked incredibly fast, professionally disassembling and then assembling furniture. I used Soti for my move out in December 2020 and was so pleased with their service that I didn't think twice before contacting them for my move back. They arrived on time, having earlier collected the contents of my house held at the Big Yellow storage without me even having to be present. Everything was unloaded and distributed to the correct rooms with the greatest of care, considering that the house had just been redecorated this was very important to me. We reached out to several moving companies when we needed to move from our 2 bed flat to a 3 bedroom house. Soti Move was the only one who made the 'scoping process' as painless as possible. We didn't have to fill in lengthy forms or to carve time in our day to do a video call. Instead, Soti moves worked around our super busy schedules and accepted video recordings that we took ourselves when we had time. Moving house is a stressful process and Soti Move's attitude to the scoping was a big reason we selected them amongst many other larger providers. The quote we received was also unbelievably competitive compared to anyone else, so overall value for money was great! On the day of the move, Andreijs showed up with another 2 guys and within less than 45 min had loaded all of our belongings into 2 vans! They were super respectful with our stuff and didn't rush us in any way for the areas we hadn't fully completed! As a bonus, they also provided some sturdy boxes for our plants which meant we didn't have to take them through the London underground! 1.5 hours later (due to a bad traffic jam) they were already unloading our belongings into our new house! They did so quickly and skilfully, lifting heavy furniture to the top floor! Whilst all throughout being in good spirit and a nice company! Our move couldn't have been more enjoyable and we wholeheartedly recommend Soti Move LTD to anyone looking to move!
