Andrey and the Soti team were brilliant in helping us move. Took the stress out of our moving day! Arranging the move with them was very easy. Andrey helped us estimate the number of boxes we'd need, gave us very helpful advice on packing and arranging parking, they were also proactive in suggestion/mentioning things that might be helpful that we we hadn't thought of. When they arrived on the day they were efficient and professional, putting us at ease for the move. They communicated with us throughout the day to make sure things were going where they needed, including into some hard to access areas (for example moving a sofa up narrow stairs), and were flexible, friendly, and personable throughout. They also did an excellent job of taking apart and reassembling some large pieces of IKEA furniture. All in all they did an excellent job which came in as quoted. I would highly recommend them (and in fact already have).

We booked Soti for a house move to Whitstable, we vastly underestimated how much stuff we had. Andrey packed his van and told us not to worry, he had another truck which meant we were able to carry out our move without a hitch. This was no mean feat on a very rainy day while my toddler and me (8 months pregnant) sat in the car unable to help. We did pay a bit extra but all in all, it was very reasonable especially as it was my fault that I had not taken Andrey's advice of providing a video. Can't reccomend highly enough.

We recently used Sotimove for a move from London to Cambridge, including their packing service, having seen them consistently recommended online. The whole process went perfectly – we couldn't have asked for a better service. The price that Andrey quoted was very reasonable and he went to the extra effort of looking up our address on Google Maps to check access. They packed up all our furniture in a few hours the day before the move, and moving day itself went quickly and smoothly, including unpacking. Andrey and his team from Soti moved my daughter to her new flat in London this week, plus moving some of the contents to Oxfordshire. Fantastic service. Would 100% recommend. Moving into a new flat in London but my new flat did not complete in time so had to keep my items at Soti's storage last minute, instead of moving directly. Andrey and team had been super helpful along the journey - they had a solution for every issue I had: removal, carpet protection, junk clearance, storage, extending storage period when I need more time to complete, and they were very accommodative to my changing plans as well. Some items were heavy and had to be moved via stairs but no complaints from the team. All items were handled with care - no missing items and no damaged items. We used Andrej and his team in February 2023 to move from London to Stroud. We are a family of four with two young children so our flat was chaotic and cluttered and we hadn't had a chance to scale down our possessions or organise anything. Andrej and his team made it as smooth as possible, packing up the whole lot on day one and then loading and moving it 100 miles on day two. They were super professional and completely unfazed by our mess, even when we turned out to have a bit more stuff than we'd estimated. They arrived at our new house before we did, and got on with unloading everything into the right rooms while communicating with us on the phone to check. Nothing was lost or damaged and everything was clearly labelled so we could find things. Most importantly, they were nice people and this is what you need because it's surprising how emotionally unsettling it is to move home.

This was the second time that I used Soti removal services. The service this time, just like the first time last summer, was superb. Excellent communication, punctual, friendly, gentle with the delicate equipment and efficient. I was moving studio in South-East London and had to relocate a number of personal belongings along with old music and audio equipment. Everything was handled with the greatest of care and attention. The team had been extremely helpful, with great commununication leading up to the move (helping figure out the sizing, parking requirements, etc) so the move on the day was stress-free. They were friendly and efficient and were great at helping accomodate additional changes we had on the day (we had a nunch of large plants that were not well packaged and they were able to not only fit them in but do so very securely and all the plants made it in great condition. The service was also much better priced than the competitors so great value for money as well, would absolutely recommend.

I used Soti for my move out in December 2020 and was so pleased with their service that I didn't think twice before contacting them for my move back. We reached out to several moving companies when we needed to move from our 2 bed flat to a 3 bedroom house. Soti Move was the only one who made the 'scoping process' as painless as possible. We didn't have to fill in lengthy forms or to carve time in our day to do a video call. Instead, Soti moves worked around our super busy schedules and accepted video recordings that we took ourselves when we had time. Moving house is a stressful process and Soti Move's attitude to the scoping was a big reason we selected them amongst many other larger providers. On the day of the move, Andreijs showed up with another 2 guys and within less than 45 min had loaded all of our belongings into 2 vans! As a bonus, they also provided some sturdy boxes for our plants which meant we didn't have to take them through the London underground! 1.5 hours later (due to a bad traffic jam) they were already unloading our belongings into our new house! I first contacted Andrey to arrange a move the week the pandemic first hit and so he was very understanding when I had to cancel! More than a year later, I got in touch again and Andrey was very accommodating and was able to fit me in. On the day of the move, Andrey and his team arrived early, dressed professionally and ready to move my items out of a storage unit. We found Soti Move after our removal company cancelled on us. After calling 30+ moving companies, to our relief they had availability on our chosen date. On the day of the move Andrey and his team showed up promptly. They were very professional about parking the two removal vans, which was a bit difficult on our address. They handled everything with extreme care. Wrapped up delicate items. Provided advice on how to pack and wrap some items up, some of which we hadn't thought about. They were very quick, hard working and most importantly, they took good care of everything to the point where I could relax and take my mind off what is one of the most stressful events. When it came to unloading, they placed every item in its desired room and even asked us where we planned to put furniture to make sure they left spaces clear. They even helped assemble some items too. Overall they went above and beyond on what we expected and we couldn't have been happier with their service. I would recommend them in an instant. SOTI removers arrived on time and worked efficiently - a team of 5 to move me from a 5 bedroom Victorian house to a smaller downsized property 1.7 miles away. It was raining throughout and involved lots of moving vans due to traffic congestion during the morning. We were also taught the art of packing posters and mirrors to ensure safe keeping - The team were friendly and efficient throughout the day and very productive achieving the move without any problems - Communication was good and the price was fair - I would highly recommend this company when looking for a team of removers.

Soti helped us move home from London to Cambridgeshire and we are so glad we chose them. They actually started off at a third address in Essex to make an initial collection of furniture, and for two collection addresses the price quoted was incredibly reasonable. Other quotes we had were not competitive. And whereas other providers never followed up on their initial quotes with us, which makes you feel like just a number - with Soti we felt like our move mattered. Other providers made errors in quoting or had processes that were fiddly to engage with, whereas Andrey’s communications were great throughout and we were never unclear on any point. I hired Andrey and his crew to pack up my 2-bedroom flat and move everything 110 miles, with a stop at a storage centre to pick up some boxes. I found moving very stressful but they did everything they could to make it easier. They only took a few hours to pack up my very crowded flat, even with covid-19 restrictions in place. I was able to leave them to move my things without being there, so I could be here to pick up the keys and prepare for their arrival, which was enormously helpful. I felt in very safe hands. Everything was carefully packed and came out fine on the other side, without any damages and in excellent time. They put together my furniture again and it was in better shape when they finished with it! They were cheerful and helpful throughout, and actually came in at a little under the estimate as they didn't use all the boxes! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I dreaded that move, but now it's happened I couldn't be happier and wondered what I was waiting for, and part of that has to be down to picking great movers.

These guys were amazing!! Such great positive energy and very friendly service. Everything was possible, and the two men moving our staff were not phased by any obstacles that came up. Extremely professional, efficient, fast and considerate. They completed everything to a very high standard! Soti Move is a very honest company and gives a fair and accurate price for the job done. For example, there was an issue (my fault) that we hadn't factored in the correct amount of stairs at the delivery address and the lift being too small. We agreed to pay more for the extra stairs, but in the end, the two men worked tirelessly and managed to fit everything in the small lift so that we didn't have to pay for the extra labour. We weren't to know that they hadn't ended up using the stairs, but they let us know at the end which I felt was very honest and showed a high level of value in the work. I would definitely use Soti Move again, as it made what can be a very stressful event relatively stress-free!

Andrey was the only representative of the several removal companies that we spoke to who made the effort to come and see what we had to move and that, undoubtedly, increased the efficiency on the day. They showed up on time and were very careful with carrying all of my furniture out. They were very efficient and the flat was empty before I knew it. Professional and friendly service. I found Soti Move LTD via which. They were professional and responsive from the beginning. Andrey attended my property and provided a detailed estimate. He and his brother packed prior to the move. On the day they were efficient but also careful with my property. I would highly recommend them.

I found SOTI MOVE via the Which Trusted Trader, initially one of four companies I contacted. Soti were the first to call back, followed up with an email detailing costs and terms. Andrejs the owner is extremely professional and very experienced. Costs were in line or even less than other companies but it was attention to detail and the companies serious approach that won me over. We arranged that they would arrive at my house at 11.00, they arrived on the dot, Andrejs accessed the job and quickly decided how best to load the truck. The contents had been packed in advance and it took them about 70 minutes load up, Andrejs was a great help advising the best way to protect paintings and also bubble wrapped some of the light fittings as part of the service. We had arranged for a storage space of 125 square feet at the Big Yellow Bow , having loaded the truck Andrejs suggested he could fit everything into a 75 square feet ,which saved us money and which he did perfectly. It's good to do business with people who give more service than expected and with pleasure. I highly recommend SOTI Move and I will certainly be using them on the move back.

Soti Move cleared our rubbish and moved us from London to Edinburgh exactly as planned beforehand. There was an old large fragile model sailing ship in the van and a marble table with a cast iron frame which was taken up countless stairs to a balcony at the top of the property, around very awkward circular stairs. They worked very hard on our behalf and were worth every penny! We would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

Although they did arrive late due to the morning job running over, the service completed was amazing! They managed to load all of my items within 30 minutes and took great care with my furniture. There wasn’t a lift at the flat I moved too but they didn’t complain and quickly carried everything up the awkward stairs. Both of them were friendly and very professional. Very happy with the whole experience and work completed and would definitely recommend.

It was a big massive move of a big apartment from a very high floor building with a single lift to another high floor building with also a single lift. Parking problems, lift issues - where were no problems they could not solve quickly and efficiently. Very smooth move. Happy to recommend to everyone.
