Andy, who came to carry out the survey took time to explain the options available to us as well as carrying out a thorough survey of the old system. He returned with Joe to carry out the upgrade and both worked to complete the job quickly and tidily, whilst ensuring that everything was working as t should. On completion they went through the system with us and made sure that we understood how it all worked before leaving. Thoroughly recommend.

The engineers who came to do the work were excellent and really helpful as well as polite and friendly which makes such a difference and goes a long way these days. They also worked very tidily and cleaned up after themselves ! I would recommend Sound & visual most highly and with the quality of service they deliver deserve to do well.
