I was given Bradley as a recommendation from a friend, and I am very happy to recommend him here as the service was 10/10. I texted Brad my issue, and he responded quickly to organise a visit, discussed the problems, and gave a variety of solutions (and explanations as to why I was experiencing high energy bills and problems with my hot water), dependent on my budget. Once I had digested the advice Brad had given asked how quickly the work could be done, and he turned it around within 48 hours, which was amazing. I have had experiences where other plumbers previously hadn't returned my calls and/or had cancelled visits at the last minute. Bradley was prompt and pleasant to engage with. His knowledge and expertise, and how he explained everything was clear and concise, and took into account my financial situation at this time, and for that, I am greatly appreciative. I highly recommend using Brad and will be calling him again when I'm in need.

Bradley was helpful and offered very prompt communication throughout, responding quickly to messages. He gave me a date for the installation of my boiler which was shortly after receiving the quote, which I appreciated. His quote was competitive so I accepted this. Documentation came through quickly. I would recommend him.
