Available 24 hours a day with no call-out fee , we will try our best to get to you within 30 minutes. All Locksmiths are DBS checked.
Spare car keys copied from existing keys & Remote keys produced
Most new vehicles will come with at least 2 keys although some still only have 1. It is a good idea to have a spare key in addition to the ones that each family member has, even if it is not a remote key. If you need another remote because more than 1 family member uses the vehicle on a regular basis then we can provide this at a cost that is considerably cheaper than a main dealer and quite often quicker. (We get deliveries of keys on a next day basis)

I called Gavin at 2.30pm regarding an issue with our upvc front door. He arrived 45mins later and it was fully repaired within 30 mins of arriving. Very efficient service - would definitely recommend!

We has 2 thumb catches to be reinstated, a retainer on a double glazed door and cupboard needed a discrete locking set up. Gavin arrived early assessed his jobs and set to work. Work was completed in approx. 1 hr which was as quoted on visual inspection of the jobs. Whilst undertaking the work he also provided additional keys so we could provide access to additional family members without needing to go to a keycutters separately. Clearly knows what his customers might want and asks the right questions to determine what that might be. Great work and a very nice chap to boot.

My front door lock failed. I looked for a locksmith on Which Trusted Trader and found Gavin who was local to where I live. A call at breakfast time resulted in him arriving late morning to replace the lock. Gavin was punctual, kept me informed of his progress to my home and was friendly and efficient. He had a replacement lock on his van and fitted it in no time. A very satisfactory result.

Having spoken to Gavin on the phone (COVID restrictions in place) he undertook to attempt to unlock my tantalus which is probably nearly 200 years old. Not one of his usual jobs. in fact, a first but did say there were no guarantees! Clearly, Gavin likes a challenge! He dismantled the lock to see how it was meant to work, identified the problem, and after a while. BINGO. This job had to be repaired as impossible to replace and I am so delighted with the now functioning tantalus. Great job Gavin. many thanks!

Gavin came to our Aid on 21st January and completed Works for us on 22nd January 2020, as part required. Gavin was excellent and resolved an ongoing problem from a previous Locksmith that attended our property on 28th December and never came back to complete job. We can not speak highly enough for the service he gave us and the prompt response. Gavin is very polite professional and will 100% carry out work to a high standard. He also cleaned up and hoovered the door way after works completed. He has a card machine which is a bonus so we were able to pay immediately. The invoice was also confirmed as soon as payment was made. If you need a locksmith do not hesitate to use Gavin Gavin ensured work was completed on time, was very helpful and had excellent communication throughout.

My daughter was driving her car to do her driving test, with me beside her. We stopped at Halfords to change an indicator bulb prior to the test. While doing this, the car doors auto locked with the keys inside! Great! With half an hour to spare before the test a lovely gentleman contacted Gavin at Locksmart for us and told him our predicament. He arrived in great time, undid the car door for us, and knowing our situation told us to get going to the test centre where I could then pay him while my daughter did her test. Absolutely great service, very polite, cannot recommend enough. Very reasonably priced too.

When you are locked out, you are wide open to being exploited and overcharged by a locksmith, as others tried to do to me. Gavin, however, is very genuine. He arrived quickly, was very friendly, and sorted me out. His charge was so low, I actually queried it! I have no hesitation in fully recommending him, and would happily use him again.

I had a faulty back door lock and was a bit worried about employing a locksmith as I had heard they could be expensive, also I didn’t know any. But I found Gavin on the Trusted Trader/Which recommended site. He came on the same day, on time. A very pleasant person who did a very good job in a short time. I asked him about another job to do another day and he kindly did that too because he said I had paid for the hour. I feel he is a very trustworthy genuine person and good to have around. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Our UPVC/Glass Porch Door was out of alignment with the frame and it was becoming increasingly difficult to lock. I phoned Gavin who came the next day, re-aligned the door in the space of half an hour and guaranteed his work for 3 months. The lock now operates as new. I am very pleased with the service and do not hesitate to recommend Gavin.
