A friend of mine recommended Steve & James from South Essex after some work they did for his house. I initially spoke to Steve, who was honesty, polite and responsive, he came to assess the potential work and provided a full detailed quote within a reasonable time frame. Steve was on hand regularly to answer questions before I accepted and felt more than comfortable they were the right partner for the job. They replaced and upgraded our boiler, moved the location to another & better room, removed the old tanks and pipework and installed a new set of pipes. Throughout the process the advice was great, things we had not thought about doing. Overall we are incredibly pleased and the hot water situation in the house has improved dramatically. We would highly recommend them!

We’ve had South Essex Plumbing and Heating do a number of jobs for us now and we cannot speak highly enough of them. Whatever’s thrown at them James and Steve are quick to complete the job and nothing is too much trouble. Most notably we had a leak on a Sunday and they were straight round to sort the problem preventing further damage to our home. These guys are hard working, skilled professionals who charge reasonably for their time. I wouldn’t go to anyone else or hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so much guys!

These gents put a new boiler in for me last year after me not having proper heating for several years. Today a year later, they came to service it after sending me a reminder ,which is brilliant as i would have forgotten! very fast,reliable service and cost effective.its lovely to have proper heating again and to know i can call on them if i have any problems.100% recommend south essex plumbing and heating!

Complete bathroom refit. Plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, sourcing all white goods. I gave them free rein on choosing all tiles, fixtures and fittings and they absolutely nailed it. Attention to detail, clean working, professional throughout. Would highly recommend.

Back in August James & Steve of Essex Plumbing & Heating carried out some work for me in putting right a job that had been completely messed up by somebody else. They have completely renewed my faith and I would not use anyone else. They are skilled in what they do, they treated my home with respect. This company provided an excellent service. We had our heating system replaced. They removed the old boiler, all old pipe work and the water tank in the cupboard and both tanks in the loft and replaced it with a Combi boiler. They were extremely efficient, covering all flooring with sheets etc. and cleaned up at the end of both days. The engineers were friendly and helpful in getting the new system cheaper than we could get it. They come highly recommended.
