Mark came to see us within 2 days of my call to the office of SL Heating & suggested a combi boiler to replace our old one & said I would receive our quote that day which we did & once we agreed to go ahead & paid our deposit our installation date was agreed for 2 days from our visit/quote date & George turned up at 8 am to start our boiler installation. He explained what he would be doing & answered any questions we had & started work & he worked hard all day to get our new boiler installed & took away all the boxes & our old boiler & kept the area clean. I would also say how nice Kerrie & Lucy have been I’d I’ve called the office at SL Beating they answer any query & are always very friendly. It has been a great experience of great customer service from start to finish & I would recommend SL Heating to family & friends.

I was told by British Gas the boiler was beyond repair. I had been expecting this for a while. I called SLH on Friday last and within half an hour, they had arranged a video walk around the installation with the tenant. I then had a quote straight away. I then had another quote shortly after with a slight variation and a slightly cheaper price. That was a first! The engineers arrived when they said and worked later than normal given the job was not as straightforward as was first thought. The tenant said they were friendly, efficient and clean working. I have managed and owned, service businesses, albeit in Telecoms. So I know what customer service is all about. Your team is a credit to your company. Well done.

After being unexpectedly cut off from our gas supply by our gas network provider, we found ourselves in a difficult spot with no gas for cooking, cleaning, or heating. South London Heating stepped in to help us navigate the frustrating process of dealing with the gas network provider, offering clear advice and guidance to us, so we could ensure the other company took responsibility for their parts of the remedial work. Once that was sorted, South London Heating quickly and professionally completed the remainder of the work needed to reconnect us. They kept us well-informed, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when finished. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services.

Emailed South London Heating Ltd on bank holiday Monday as hot water wasn't working. Received an email back Tuesday morning with an appointment time for today, 30th May for 3.pm. Rung by Engineer asking if he could come early as next client wanted to delay, so arrived, immediately diagnosed fault, gave me a quote for the part, then replaced the valve all in under half an hour. Engineer was very pleasant and helpful. A good service.

Replacement of boiler and hot water tank

South London Heating replaced a gas boiler and hot water tank for a mid-sized terraced house. Really good work, completed over 2 days, exactly as per their estimate. The guys made sure we had hot water before they left on the first day. Clear communication throughout, there's always been transparency around cost of different options. When we had some small issues with radiator performance after the works had been done and paid, the firm promptly responded and came to the property twice until the issues were fixed. Would highly recommend South London Heating.

New boiler installed My previous boiler broke down and could not be fixed. This company came out promptly to quote for a new boiler, Mark honestly explained all the options, and I liked that there was no hard sell or pushy sales tactics. New boiler installed a week later on 15th April 2024 by Gus and no issues since. It was really easy dealing with this company and very easy to actually speak to a human. No annoying long winded call centres. I would definitely recommend South london heating.
