I am very happy with my new boiler-wonderfully quiet and giving a better shower in bathroom than my old boiler. Love that it comes with 10 year guarantee. Work completed in one day by pleasant, professional engineer. I am happy to recommend this company.

We had a new boiler fitted together with an update of existing radiators. From start to finish this company more than delivered, the quote for the work was very competitive and the customer service brilliant. The work was completed to schedule with engineers being very professional, they tidied up at the end of each day and the standard of work was exceptional. The work is fully guaranteed and we now have a very efficient heating system. All staff were polite, efficient and professional, the guarantee of the work is great with the boiler having a 10 year guarantee, all paper work undertaken by the company. Use this company they stand out as their prices are fair and they do exactly what they say they will do to a very high standard.

I called the company about a problem with the hot water system in my flat and from the first phone call (answered in a couple of rings by a real person by the way!) nothing was too much trouble. They had a plumber inspect the system the next day, sent a written reasonable quote the same day and fitted the replacement parts a week later. Kerri in customer services is very helpful and efficient and even paying is easy with an online link.. What’s not to like? I will definitely be using them again.

I had a new boiler installed. They talked me through the best options for my property (thankfully, no hard sell) and gave me information to take away and decide. The very competitive price they quoted was the price I paid. The engineer was prompt, respectful of myself and my property, obviously knew his trade, and completed the job in the time quoted. He happily answered all my questions/concerns, and left the place spotless. I'm so very thankful I chose them!

Mark came to install a new boiler and replace some pipe work. Everything from initial quote to end of work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Aftercare is excellent so far, Mark came out immediately when we had a query about the remote Control. No hesitation in recommending and will use South London Heating again.

New boiler with some issues all resolved now

I had a new Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life boiler fitted with EasyControl that works with WiFi connection and can be controlled from a mobile phone. A total of three visits were needed to complete the installation successfully. The WiFi control key wasn't working due to a subtle wiring issue - more due to lack of familiarity with the new boiler. The kitchen cabinet needed fixed to accommodate the slightly larger boiler. All credit to Mark and the team, who bent over backwards to ensure the job was completed to satisfaction and they even brought in a carpenter.

The appointment to replace my boiler and radiator controls was made within a few days. The process was efficient and informative about types of boilers. The boiler was fitted in 6 hours. The controls were well explained and the area where the work had been done was left clean and tidy. An excellent job all round.
