This company fitted a semi-commercial boiler in my large Victorian house. My old boiler was 13 years old and they successfully power flushed the system and got my underfloor heating working. They came back several times to iron out a few teething problems. very satisfied. Always replied to my calls promptly.

Very professional service. Emailed to confirm appointment. Phoned to say they were on the way. They serviced our Combi Boiler and checked all radiators. Offered advice on heat settings. The team from South London Heating replaced our aged old boiler with a new combination system in 2 days. An excellent job with no fuss and little mess. Paul, especially, completed his work swiftly and efficiently, no problem was insurmountable and he came up with good solutions to a few challenges. All the work was completed quickly, cleanly and tidily and we were very impressed. The combination boiler is proving to be a joy already - we should have replaced the old conventional one years ago! Well done to Mark and all the team.

This is a very good tradesman indeed. I had a most complex problem with my Boiler. This was dealt with by Jack, who diagnosed the fault and mended it. At all times I was kept informed of progress by the efficient staff and I got a very fair price for the job in my opinion. Super people to deal with. Shall use again with certainty as I have some plumbing problems.

I hadn't heard of South London Heating until I found them on Which Trusted Traders while looking for comparative quotes for a new boiler. Their quote was clear, detailed and reasonable - and as Bosch accredited installers they could offer an 8 year guarantee. So I booked them. And I'm glad I did. Their engineer was punctual and polite. There were no last-minute nasty extra costs. In fact, their quote specified that there would not be. Since installation, South London Heating have registered my guarantee with Bosch and dealt promptly with all paperwork. They are friendly and professional. I'd certainly use them again.

The whole team were polite, pleasant and professional, plus the price was around £300 cheaper than the next cheapest. The installation if the boiler commenced the day after the survey visit. Paul saved me some money by eliminating the need for a condensate pump by linking the condensate pump pipe to an external pipe. They worked well together, processes were explained and Jack gave me additional advice on how to reduce energy usage, as well as going through the control menu. They all took pains to minimise disruption, dust and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

After having issues with our previous new boiler (18 months without being able to run a full bath) that was installed by council engineers, we were obviously concerned about what type of service we would get from an independent firm. We needn't have been. Mark, Sarah and Louis made the whole experience from start to finish a pleasure. The boiler was installed with the minimum of fuss, and we now have a working heating / hot water system for the first time in almost 2 years. Price wise they were far more competitive than many others, professional, and courteous, we will definitely be using them again in the future! 100% would recommend.

Wonderful experience from Sarah in the office to Louis the plumber and apprentice. It was a Worcester Bosh boiler that was serviced. My daughter's London home. The work was excellent, all the relevant checks completed, the paperwork was explained to me, the timeing arranged to coincide with the day I spent at my daughter's home. A slight delay in the plumber arriving, but the office were immediately in touch and keep me posted all the way along. I never though I would say this, but these London plumbers are wonderful and this is the second time we've used this service. Praise from a Yorkshire woman.

Mark and all the team were absolutely great - so efficient and courteous. From my initial contact to the job being complete took just one week. By contrast, I waited 2 months for a consultation with British Gas and South London's quote was significantly less for exactly the same product. Mark came to the flat after the installation to check everything was OK and I understood how to use the boiler and thermostat. I had been dreading getting a new boiler and South London made it simple and affordable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
