had blinds for the whole house with company,called in their workshop and centre lady was very helpful gave us a time and date when they were calling give free quote. called on said date and time explained things fully. there was no pressure sales talk left his card thanked us and left. when we did decide to use the company we rang they said will be 4 wks from ordering for day of fitting arrived on date and time andrew done fitting which all clean and tidy. did have one small issue with one fitting when brought to their attention it was rectified within days all good.

What a lovely Company SWBlinds are to deal with. We received the blinds on time and Andrew from the Company fitted them for us. He even helped us to put a curtain rail up. Such a kind and helpful man. The blinds we ordered are beautiful and of a high quality. The workman ship is exellent and all the staff in the Company are so friendly. Thank you so very much.

We have dealt with South Wales Window Blinds of Fleet Street, Swansea (not to be confused with another company of a similar name) for over twenty years. Their products are of first-class quality. We have always found them to be helpful, professional, and reliable. They communicate with us at all times. They attend to measure and to carry out the fitting of the blinds at exactly the times arranged. They clear up all packaging and take it away with them, so there is no more to do apart from a little dusting after they have carried out drilling when fitting the blinds. I had blinds with this company approximately 3 years ago. They are a family run business and a pleasure dealing with them. The blinds are very good quality and the fitting of them was done cleanly and quickly. My son had his fitted today and again the fitting was very professional. One of the windows is on a landing and stairs were a problem but with the right equipment problem solved. They, as a family, are very helpful and aftersales is excellent also. When one of the blinds was measured for my bathroom it was catching on the wallboards, they made another one for me and told me to keep the one that they replaced. An excellent company to do business with.

The job was fitting multiple, different-sized blinds in a new build property. The estimate was accurate and very reasonable. It has been very easy to communicate with them from first contact to fitting and all work was explained and good advice given. The fitting was smooth with no problems. We purchased two roller blinds and from the outset the company were really helpful with advice about various options. Their prices were very reasonable and we were very pleased with the blinds when they came. They set a date and time for fitting (which was included in the price) and kept to it. The fitter was polite and careful, fitting the blinds very easily. This is the second time we have used this company and are happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Iv used South Wales window blinds in a past property and they were my first port of call , from first contact ,to measuring ,to fitting we’ve found the service very professional, friendly with great ideas and guidance . Once the measurements were taken and quotations accepted we were given an instillation date and time. On the day of the installation the fitter arrived promptly on time at the house , The work was carried out in a professional, expert manner with no mess . The old blinds were taken away at the time . The product itself are great quality . The result is excellent , we love them and provide a great finish to the rooms . Out standing service from start to finish

We have used South Wales Window Blind Centre Ltd a number of times since we moved back to Swansea some 17 years ago. The latest was for the supply and fitting of two sets of blinds. As ever they provided a fast, reliable and quality service. They visited to measure up and provided a quote when they say they would, the quotes were very reasonable. The product was delivered and fitted at the time and date stipulated and quality of service and product was excellent. We have also previously found their customer service/aftersales service to constantly be of the highest order too. They will advise over the phone but also visit if required and will provide a solution at a very reasonable cost. Can't recommend them highly enough.
