Iv used South Wales window blinds in a past property and they were my first port of call , from first contact ,to measuring ,to fitting we’ve found the service very professional, friendly with great ideas and guidance . Once the measurements were taken and quotations accepted we were given an instillation date and time. On the day of the installation the fitter arrived promptly on time at the house , The work was carried out in a professional, expert manner with no mess . The old blinds were taken away at the time . The product itself are great quality . The result is excellent , we love them and provide a great finish to the rooms . Out standing service from start to finish

We have used South Wales Window Blind Centre Ltd a number of times since we moved back to Swansea some 17 years ago. The latest was for the supply and fitting of two sets of blinds. As ever they provided a fast, reliable and quality service. They visited to measure up and provided a quote when they say they would, the quotes were very reasonable. The product was delivered and fitted at the time and date stipulated and quality of service and product was excellent. We have also previously found their customer service/aftersales service to constantly be of the highest order too. They will advise over the phone but also visit if required and will provide a solution at a very reasonable cost. Can't recommend them highly enough.

They are a long standing family local firm and offer a personal friendly approach. Where many other cheaper online companies do not offer a call out this company never fail to respond. We have used this Swansea family firm for many years. The products and service have always been of the best quality. Please be aware that this recommended firm trades from Fleet Street Swansea. There is a firm elsewhere with a very similar name with no connection to the Fleet Street firm.

They were very helpful and gave us good advice. They were on time with their first visit to take details and site measurements. They were also on time and kept to the date they gave for fixing the blinds on site. They were very efficient and clean on site and everything went like clockwork.

I have been using this company for more years than I like to remember, so when I moved house and needed new blinds they were the first firm I thought to ring. Excellent service from all members of staff I came into contact with. I decided on roller blinds this time and am very pleased with them. Plenty of colours and designs to choose from, and measuring was done carefully. Kath on the end of the phone is always cheerful and helpful. The fitter is very skilled and as I have had him fitting blinds in my old house I had plenty of confidence in his ability, No mess left behind. I am very pleased with my blinds.

The service I received was outstanding from start to finish. I had Venetian blinds fitted in my house and everyone I came into contact with from the company was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They were punctual on the day of the measuring appointment and on the day of fitting. They were respectful and considerate when in my home and after fitting the blinds they cleaned up everything before leaving, you wouldn’t know they had been. Everything was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget and I will be having them back to fit more blinds in the not too distant future. I would highly recommend this company.

I had seven roller blinds fitted by this company. Everything was excellent throughout. All members of staff who dealt with us - the person who came to measure, the office staff and the fitter - were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The fitter took note of my small stature and made sure that I could easily reach the pull chains. The blinds are good quality and fit perfectly, and enhance the look of my home as well as keeping the rooms a bit warmer. I wouldn't hesitate to use the same company again.

A friend recommended this company. They were friendly, had a wonderful choice of fabrics and weren't pushy in anyway. The measuring took no time at all and the blinds were nicely made and fitted throughout the house including the conservatory in less than 2 hours. There was no mess and they took the packaging with them.

Measured all my windows and brought a great selection of samples to choose from. No pressure to order. Installation was quick. Had one Venetian blind and one vertical blind - both fit perfectly and look great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
