South West Plumbing, Heating & Renewables are a family run business established since 1993 and we pride ourselves on being able to offer a personalised service and complete peace of mind for our customers.

From the moment you pick up the phone we will make sure that you feel at ease - you will get to speak to a real person, not an answering service - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We will continue to keep you updated right up to the moment the engineer arrives at your property to carry out the work, and if you have any concerns or problems afterwards, we are just a phone call away.

Our reputation has been built upon the fact that we complete work for our customers to the highest standard every time, whether it's just replacing a tap washer, responding to an emergency breakdown, completely replacing a heating system or refitting a bathroom.

They were very helpful, professional and friendly. They were clean, tidy and took all the rubbish away. I am extremely pleased with the whole company and they even sent me a bouquet of flowers to say thank you for my custom. Lovely touch.

Hi Tina, thank you for the excellent review you gave our engineer John - he rates himself as number one installer and this certainly helps his case amongst the other guys. He fitted a Worcester Bosch 25i Combi boiler which has a great 7 year parts and labour guarantee.

From initial enquiry to final day of installation - 13 working days. This included 5 working days whilst I considered the quote. I have never received such a professional service from any other contractor. A couple of minor internal miscommunications proved inconsequential. Quite costly but you get what you pay for.

Hi Stephen, thank you for the great review. I hope the value for money will grow as time passes but it is hard to judge straight after such a large job. Roger wanted me to pass on his thanks for being so accommodating with your diary to allow the survey and work to happen within such a short amount of time. John installed a Worcester Bosch 38CDi with a digital WAVe controller which now gives years 10 years parts and labour guarantee.

The work was done to an excellent standard and we were kept informed every step of the way. Everyone we dealt with in the organisation was reliable, polite and helpful. Consideration for us and our home was clearly a priority, but it was also good to witness their genuine care and support for colleagues.
