South West Plumbing, Heating & Renewables are a family run business established since 1993 and we pride ourselves on being able to offer a personalised service and complete peace of mind for our customers.

From the moment you pick up the phone we will make sure that you feel at ease - you will get to speak to a real person, not an answering service - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We will continue to keep you updated right up to the moment the engineer arrives at your property to carry out the work, and if you have any concerns or problems afterwards, we are just a phone call away.

From the office team to our engineers we do want to be seen as a friendly company, we try and make things as simple as possible so there is no rushing around needlessly. You had Tom Martin complete your installation of a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28CDi compact with a massive 10 year parts and labour guarantee.

Tom our engineer was very polite, clean & tidy. He answered any question we had. Very knowledgeable about the work. Carpets were protected by laying a plastic protector down and dust sheets were used at each room for the radiators removal.

Whichever Tom we send to any job our customers give them a 5* review, you had Tom Heath complete your installation of a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 32CDi compact. We stock all of our vans with dust sheets and carpet protector, we want to treat every property like it was our own.

A professional job, we had two engineers undertaking work. They took care of our home whilst working here. We had a sizeable job undertaken, replacing our boiler. They were very pleasant, friendly tradesmen and we would definitely recommend the company and will use this company again.
