South West Plumbing, Heating & Renewables are a family run business established since 1993 and we pride ourselves on being able to offer a personalised service and complete peace of mind for our customers.

From the moment you pick up the phone we will make sure that you feel at ease - you will get to speak to a real person, not an answering service - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This is the first time in 20 yrs I have needed to find an emergency plumber as I have always had a Homecare agreement with British Gas before. The people on the phone were very helpful, gave me a clear idea of how long I would have to wait etc. Within 2 hrs there was a plumber on the doorstep. He did the job efficiently and even helped me clean up the wet towels etc.!! I also thought the cost reasonable for an emergency callout.

SWPS traced and fixed a difficult leak on our heating system using thermal imaging and other equipment. We were so impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism that they were the obvious choice when we needed to replace our boiler which had a very complex 3-story flue. The work took 2 days. The engineers at all times were pleasant, tidy and did a excellent job. They are supported by very good planners and administrators, with a text to tell you when an engineer is on the way and give a name. They also provided excellent follow-up. Highly recommended!
