We are absolutely delighted with our new doors from South Lakes! From the initial consultation to the final fitting, the entire process was seamless. The quality of the doors is outstanding, and the fitters were professional, efficient, and tidy. They clearly take great pride in their work. We took a risk as we didn't know the company but we followed a gut feeling & good reviews. Our cottage now looks lovely with all new windows (8 windows plus sliding patio door) and front door. Paul was very patient & helpful while we decided what we wanted and amazingly, considering the pandemic effect on materials worldwide, the work was done exactly as had been estimated. The fitters were professional, very tidy & pleasant throughout & all went smoothly. It was a big outlay for us but the price was excellent and so was the workmanship and communication. I've already recommended them to neighbours and friends.

We decided to use South Lakes windows based on a recommendation and are glad we did. The service was great throughout. We needed some quite unusual windows to fit into an old period cottage and Paul was very patient in answering all our detailed questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The windows now look great, and we'd definitely use the company again! The fitters were very professional and took care and time to make sure the job was done properly. The after-sales service has also been great - I had a query about the locks and it was sorted straight away without any hesitation. I'd definitely recommend them - thanks guys!

They put in a kitchen window and a very awkward large barn door-type window. They worked tidily and with care. Finished everything very neatly and professionally and cleared up so well. They were always cheerful too, which is a bonus these days.
