Can not stress enough how great south side windows are. Russell comes out gives you a quote within minutes, unlike other company's that come out for hours and push lots of buttons on calculators. Great price and great service. Even with the snow today graham and Owen arrived early, brought sheets, covered everything up and tidied up. Windows look amazing, Graham and Owen are a credit to your company. South side windows is the only company I would ever get my windows from and I am not easily pleased. Amazing job!!! Thank you

Had my new windows fitted just before Christmas, a few marks on some of the windows, just called up and they were changed over no problem. The guys that fitted were very professional and polite and left no mess whatsoever . Great prices , great windows and I would definitely recommend this company . After much research, I contacted Southside Window Systems for an estimate. I was contacted within the hour and Russell the owner came to my home to measure up and give me a price. This took approximately 30 mins. I had read horror stories of some companies being in customers homes for hours but this is not the case with Southside. The work was completed today and I am absolutely delighted with it. The window fitters, Owen and Graham, were polite, professional and extremely hard workers. They also cleaned up after themselves. The job they have done is first class. The entire process from contacting this firm to the completion of the job has been smooth and stress-free. The quality and workmanship have been second to none and the price was very competitive. I am an extremely happy customer and can fault them on nothing, I have no hesitation in recommending this company as they are a breath of fresh air in a minefield of cowboys and con men. Having experienced a number of window suppliers, all of which have been ok, Southside stand out by a mile. No messing about getting a quote, prompt turnaround, fantastic product, great fitting, excellent value for money, really good people at every stage. From the time Russell came out and offered great and knowledgeable advice, and gave us a fantastic quote throught to Ronnie and Hugh fitting the windows we were absolutely delighted with the whole experience. A pleasure to deal with - honest and trustworthy. I wanted to replace my five old windows in front room and main bedroom. Russell carried out a thorough inspection of the windows and said there was nothing wrong with them - the double glazed glass panels and surrounding seals were perfectly good - and he gave some practical help as to how to improve their performance. Did not want to take any money from me under false pretenses. So many other companies would have acted differently in order to get my money. Very impressed by Russell, his approach and attitude, and would recommend to other potential customers.
