Extremely pleased with the work done by Southside Windows. We’ve had 2 bay windows replaced. They are of very high quality and look great enhancing the appearance of front of house. The fitters Ian and Michael did a wonderful job. There was no mess and all debris removed swiftly. This has been a really worthwhile experience and we would highly recommend Southside Windows to our friends and associates.

This was a tricky job due to very large windows and a challenging parking situation. The guys did a fabulous job with no complaints and a very cheery, 'can do' attitude. They worked very hard all day and completed the job as promised the same day and to a very high standard, including a decent clean up. Highly recommended.

From the first appointment to receiving quote Russell was great informing me of what needed to be done. Nicole always sent me emails keeping me informed of each stage from sending quote to installation date. The fitters turned up on time put dust sheets everywhere started upstairs first as my husband is ill, next day they fitted downstairs which ment each day we were not in their way. After the work was finished they brushed and hovered everywhere cleaned the floors even dusted the TV unit the 3 fitters had gone above and beyond to make sure everything was done to my requirements.

We wanted new storm doors and contacted 3 or 4 well known firms but because the size we needed was not standard (our entrance porch is narrow) we were being told we could not get the doors. Only Southside windows was able to help us because they could get the doors made to our requirements. They sent someone out to take the measurements and discuss what we wanted. We are shielding my husband so the guy never came into the house. I was told it would take about 4 weeks for the doors to be ready and that was about right. We were contacted with a date and the fitter turned up on that day and fitted the doors in a morning. No one came into the house and everything was as we requested at the measure - up. The fitter even put our door bell back on for us. Only had the doors for 2 days so there is still time for problems to show up - but I cannot say I am expecting any. The doors seem good quality and the locks work smoothly.

Russel from Southside windows measured up and gave us not the cheapest but competitive quote for the work. He was quick to point out possible issues and advantages of each type of window and their specifications. He got straight to the point, gave us a firm quote and the work started and finished on an agreed timescale. The fitters were respectful, and trustworthy (we left them alone on the property) and worked hard right through each day fitting one side of the property to reduce any inconvenience. The windows performance is as he said - reducing the road noise but not eliminating it totally. Russel (Southside windows ) tells you how it is, with no false promises. one minor issue was the sill heights were slightly higher, however, Southside windows paid to have new vertical blinds rather than realigning the already finished job. Overall good product, job done well and any issues resolved - no fuss what more could you reasonably expect.

From first visit I could tell I was dealing with a first class company, no hard sell, got quote quickly, was kept up to date with proceedings from them. The fitters arrived on said day and time, and their workmanship was excellent, did a good job cleaning up after them. Would not hesitate to use Southside windows windows again.

The tradesman was nice and did great work on the 2 windows we ordered. Unfortunately, he left a crack but he was honest about it and ordered a new one for me. Customer service was great and reassuring about the window and we got a replacement easily. Overall I would recommend due to the good work, honest and nice builder and great customer service.

Installed 10 new windows and 2 doors at our house. Russell very knowledgable, quick to quote and no hard sell. Not the cheapest but still competitive for the best windows and doors (Rehau and Palladio). Fitters arrived as scheduled and completed in just over 2 days all in. Polite hard working guys who left a high quality installation. Good communication with the office too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We arranged to have several windows replaced and agreed the price. The installation went very well and the men were very good and careful. They also took time to demonstrate the mechanism and cleaned up after the work was completed.
