Just had my new Palladio door fitted by Jim the fitter and I'm delighted with it. We are delighted with our new sash windows. The workmanship and finishing both inside and out is excellent. The two workers who carried out the installation were very professional and cleared all of the debris as they progressed the works, leaving a very tidy interior and exterior. I had chosen Southside windows based on their other good reviews and I have to say I was very impressed with company and workmanship. I had two appointments to review the windows being replaced in my ground-floor flat. I was given full opportunity for discussion about materials, styles and prices. Items easy to communicate with the company. Quotes were honest and accurate. The date was set and the work was completed within the timescale replacing all 7 of my windows. I was very impressed how quickly the job was done. The tradesmen were very helpful, professional and pleasant and did a fantastic job with a great finish. They were also very good about protecting the rest of the flat with dust sheets etc. Would absolutely recommend this company to friends and others. Very impressed.

Excellent job done by the window fitters. The guys fitted 6 windows, left no mess and were in and out in a day and a half. The girls in the office were also very pleasant and helpful with great communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

Right from our first contact with them their communication was first class responding quickly to our questions. On visiting our house he turned up on time and we felt no pressure to buy. We also found it extremely beneficial visiting the showroom as it helped us with our choice of windows and doors. The work was to take 3 days and on the installation date they again turned up on time, working hard and tidying at the end of each day keeping any disruption to a minimum. Southside Windows replaced all the windows in our second-storey flat. The originals were old (1970's or earlier) and there was secondary glazing too, so this probably wasn't a very easy job. We were concerned it would be really disruptive for us and the neighbours. From the beginning there was clear and streamlined communication with everyone at this company. They were helpful and prompt to come and give a quote. They were very professional during the installation - worked hard and cleaned up behind them and the windows seem to be excellent. We are really pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Super happy with our new windows, excellent service from Southside windows. Russell advised we only needed new bedroom windows and the rest of the windows in the house were fine. No hard sell. Contacted Southside windows as my elderly mother wanted to replace windows. From start to finish their service was outstanding. Russell the owner came out to measure up. There was no pressure at any time. Explaining the materials used and options available. The next day Mum received a very detailed email explaining exactly how the work would be done, again detailing exactly all the materials used using graphs and diagrams. Email was prepared by Russell's Daughter. It was excellent. Once a date was agreed to fit. The fitters Craig & David showed up, bang on time. Took no time at all fitting the windows. No hiccups, no mistakes. They worked perfectly together and fitted the windows in no time at all. There was little to no Mess and the lads cleaned everything up, so professional, top blokes. I genuinely can't recommend this Company enough. A Family run business, where every one of them are playing their part. The price was extremely competitive in compartments the ither 2 or 3 companies Mum got quotes from. They were so down to earth, honest and genuine and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Please consider using Soutside Windows. They've been going for years and deserve their 5 star rating. I cannot fault them. My wee Mum is so pleased and she's a very difficult Lady to please!!! I was really pleased by the work carried out by Southside Windows. Their customer service was very helpful and they would always respond promptly to my emails and questions. They made me aware of Home Energy Scotland and my eligibility for a loan to help with the cost of installing double glazing. The men who installed the windows were polite, professional and efficient in their work. I am very happy with the look and quality of the windows which have replaced traditional timber windows. The new windows still fit the character of an old tenement flat well.
