Just had my new Palladio door fitted by Jim the fitter and I'm delighted with it. I'd highly recommend Southside Windows as they were really good to deal with, from the quote/survey from Russell, the office staff keeping me updated to Jim the fitter. I cannot recommend this family run business enough.

Southside Windows have been exceptional - from first contact through to completion of the contract. Southside Windows responded very quickly to enquiry and were most helpful from outset. Russell visited to draw up quote (which was delivered very quickly) and then returned to check and finalise details. He was professional, friendly, and offered very helpful advice throughout this process. Communication from the office was superb - we knew exactly what was happening and when. The team arrived when scheduled, work was done efficiently and within timescale advised. Team worked hard, did exactly what they had promised, and were pleasant, accommodating and skilled. What a difference the new windows have made to the house - they look amazing and will improve the insulation of the house significantly. Excellent job! All debris was removed and everything was left clean and tidy. Thanks so much to all of you. Highly recommended.

Just had sash windows fitted to the front and side of my house. Cannot praise the fitters enough. Ronnie, Hugh, Marc and David worked tirelessly and went the extra mile to ensure a perfect result, treated my home like it was their own, covered and protected furniture and tidied up afterwards. Even offered to wash the cups after only one, and very short, tea break. I absolutely love ❤ my new windows. Wonderful service all round from initial appointment with the owner Russell to the installation. Highly recommended and worthy of this 5 star review.

Southside windows fitted new windows at the front of our house. The service was great from start to finish. The fitters did an excellent job and we are really pleased with our new windows. I would definitely recommend Southside Windows.

The Southside Windows team did a great job. They arrived at 9.00 and left at 5.00, having replaced six windows including removing and replacing three sets of blinds, touched up the exterior cement surrounds on two windows and finally cleaning up well. Warmly recommended.

Southside Windows fitted new windows to the front of our house. The process was easy and hassle-free. Windows are not cheap so we had done our homework. Southside were very good value for money. The windows were actually fitted very quickly, good given winter is starting to bite. The fitters did an excellent job and complied with our concerns about COVID by wearing masks. The job was done very professionally and care was taken in cleaning up afterwards. We are delighted with the look and quality of the windows. Our old windows were prone to condensation and mould build-up. We no longer have to worry about that and the look of the two front rooms has been lifted. I would recommend this company to anyone fitting new windows.

Not the first time I've used these guys and yet again found them to be reliable, do an excellent job, nice friendly and courteous fitters, and quick to carry out the work. No interior damage visible which is what you want .. the windows look like they were always there and have improved my rental property's look no end. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality windows and superbly well fitted. The property is old and the fitting required was more difficult as a result. One of the windows was custom made and looks great. Definitely use these guys again.

The 2 men who fitted the windows were extremely pleasant polite & hardworking. The job was completed on time and all debris cleaned up. The windows and front door they installed exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely delighted with them. I would certainly recommend South Side Windows.

Porch doors and front door installed..fitter turned up on time and worked tirelessly until job completed...there was an issue with one of the porch doors which he highlighted to me and said he would report it..the issue has since been resolved and I am very happy with southside windows and all the staff and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

All work done at time & quote stated. Hard working installers. Place left in good order. 2nd time used & would highly recommend.

From the initial visit to estimate the job by Russell right through to completion this was absolutely ideal. Russell visited to estimate and provide a quote, this took half an hour max and we were more than happy to proceed. Not cheap but a very fair price. Estimated 12 weeks to fit, but got all call 9 weeks in to say all was ready to go. A week before the fitting date we got a call to say there would be a delay as they had been held up on a job elsewhere, they would be turning up a day late ….ok here we go….usual builder stuff…. Needn’t have worried, turned up a day late, but finished half a day early. Ronnie and Hughie were absolute stars, made a perfect job, inside and out of nine new windows. Just as importantly left our place spotless. Treated our home with the utmost respect. Replacing blinds, curtains, furniture and vacuuming, after the work….unasked by the way….was fantastic thank you guys. After they left you’d never know that they’d been there in the first place. If you’re looking to replace your windows…and forgot to say …the actual windows themselves are fabulous…..don’t even think about using anyone else. Thanks for everything guys. Absolute top job. We are very pleased with the standard of work from the installer, Jim. Jim is a neat and tidy tradesman. Nicole and Angela in the office are very helpful and friendly. Russell who comes out to measure up and give you a quote is also very pleasant.

This is the second time I’ve used Southside Windows (having recently moved to a new house) and have always had a positive experience. Everything is extremely easy from the quotation with no sales pitch, to placing the order and fitting. The fitters used are great, friendly and highly professional. Their products are of a highly quality and well priced. Would highly recommend Southside Windows and their products.

A Southside team (Brian and Sam) arrived in the morning and started work immediately. They worked steadily all day to complete the job (3 windows and a front door) and even vacuumed what little mess there was on completion. They were very courteous at all times. The quality of work is superb and was exactly what we were looking for. Right from the initial visit of Russell to discuss our requirements through to completion of the work, dealing with this firm has been excellent and could not be faulted. I would have no hesitation in giving them a high commendation.

The tradesman was nice and did great work on the 2 windows we ordered. Unfortunately, he left a crack but he was honest about it and ordered a new one for me. Customer service was great and reassuring about the window and we got a replacement easily. Overall I would recommend due to the good work, honest and nice builder and great customer service.

Excellent service and quality. Right from the first phone call I felt confident about Southside Windows. Staff were very friendly & Russell arrived at the time arranged to measure up for our new extra-large window. This was fitted expertly and everything was left so clean that you would never have known that work had been carried out. Dear Sirs, I am going to keep this short and to the point. After contacting other various window companies I enjoyed a series of no shows or an initial contact followed by no contact despite many follow up calls by me. Eventually discovered Southside Window Systems and got in touch. All I can say is that from start to finish the company were first rate. This was a difficult job yet SSW handled it with total professionalism. Result I have a lovely new double window system which looks as if it was always there and my wife and I could not be happier. I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone simply ten out of ten.

We got 4 new windows fitted in our first floor flat and the two guys that came out did an amazing job. Arrived at just before 11am and got all the windows completed by 5.30pm the same day. Great quality of work - we are very happy with them. They left minimal mess too! Communication was clear throughout the full process, we were provided with a fair quote - would definitely recommend.

We wanted new storm doors and contacted 3 or 4 well known firms but because the size we needed was not standard (our entrance porch is narrow) we were being told we could not get the doors. Only Southside windows was able to help us because they could get the doors made to our requirements. They sent someone out to take the measurements and discuss what we wanted. We are shielding my husband so the guy never came into the house. I was told it would take about 4 weeks for the doors to be ready and that was about right. We were contacted with a date and the fitter turned up on that day and fitted the doors in a morning. No one came into the house and everything was as we requested at the measure - up. The fitter even put our door bell back on for us. Only had the doors for 2 days so there is still time for problems to show up - but I cannot say I am expecting any. The doors seem good quality and the locks work smoothly.

The quotation was provided the following day, followed by a further visit by Russell to clarify our precise requirements and carry out a detailed survey, thereby eliminating any potential 'on site problems' during the installation of our windows. The installation was carried out with the same no nonsense approach, quick, clean efficient. Leaving us with beautiful fully finished double glazing to our entire house, without having to remortgage the house to pay for it. Southside Windows = Satisfaction guaranteed. From arranging an appointment for a quote to having my new windows installed, the service from Southside Windows has been faultless! I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Installers arrived on time over the 2 and a half days, showed me how the windows worked and left no mess whatsoever. Very happy indeed!

This was the second time we have been delighted with the work provided by Southside Windows. The front door that they supplied was top class and the joinery work, just excellent. Rubbish was removed and everything was left spotless. The overall effect has improved the building considerably.
