This is the third time I've used Southside Windows. I keep going back because nobody beats their price or quality. No pressure salesman with them. No deposit and don't take payment until I am happy. Never not been happy. Tidy, quality workmanship.

I had four windows replaced by tis company, Russell Gavin the owner is a pleasure to engage with. Russell arrived as planned and gave an instant quote within ten minutes that was several hundred pounds cheaper than competitors! Brian and Sam arrived as planned and are very professional and courteous tradesmen, the installation is a first class job and they left my home immaculate, removed all external debris. Sam did an amazing job with the silicone finishes etc. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering replacement windows etc.

I am having a bathroom remodelled. There was an issue with the existing window. Owen measured and re-assured. The window was installed very quickly, also by Owen, matching the other windows fitted by a previous company years before. No hold up for the bathroom. No one knows what a window costs until they need one, so I'm very pleased with the honest price and the job. Clean, tidy. Looks great. Highly Recommended.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel this company deserves the effort. Quote - it took half an hour and no sales tactics involved. It was a straight conversation about what I wanted and how much can they do it for (as it should be). Ordering - again pleasant experience. Being naturally suspicious of things that seem too good to be true' I made the journey to their showroom to see what I was potentially buying. Again no pressure to buy anything, just solid advice. The quality of their products is excellent. Second visit to take the measurements took again half an hour. Installation - everything went to plan. The fitters, Brian and Sam, knew what they were doing and were not cutting any corners. They took excellent care not to damage floors and carpets. Also they planned the work in such a way that did not turn the entire flat into a building site, so thumbs up on that. Overall customer service - excellent all round. Their back office support, Angela and Nicolle, are most helpful and respond to queries quickly. Price/quality - jaw-dropping, in a good way. They are evidence that you can build a sustainable business based on delivery of quality product and service. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I was very pleased with all the organisation of the work, great communication with knowledgeable staff in the company. The fitters came to do the work as arranged and took care in the fitting to make sure the installation was done properly. The tidied up after them and spent time showing how the locking of the door worked. Overall delighted and would use this company again.

As advertised a quote is given within half an hour from Russell who owns the company with no pressure. We had eight windows and two doors fitted which took two and a half days as agreed. The fitters were professional and tidy as they worked and we are pleased with our new windows and doors. Would recommend Southside Windows to anyone considering new windows and doors.

I am very happy that I chose Southside Windows to carry out replacing my large living room window, from my initial phone call to the completion of the job they have been very professional and knowledgeable tailoring every aspects to my specification. The day Owen fitted the window was one of the wettest days of the year he soldiered on through torrential rain and got totally soaked a number of times and still had a smile on his face. The house was left clean and tidy with all debris taken away. Great communication from everyone we dealt with from beginning to end. Always arrived exactly when they said they would for quote, measuring up and installation. Russell is obviously very knowledgeable and gave us great advice when we were choosing products. The installers were fantastic, so efficient and left everything clean and tidy. Honestly couldn't fault a single thing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Porch doors and front door installed..fitter turned up on time and worked tirelessly until job completed...there was an issue with one of the porch doors which he highlighted to me and said he would report it..the issue has since been resolved and I am very happy with southside windows and all the staff and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The 2 men that came out to do the work were really professional, worked efficiently and cleared up any mess. They done and amazing job and only took a short break for their lunch. Didn't waste any time getting the job done, 7 windows and a door fitted in 2 days. Russell is great he comes and does a rough measure for quote purposes, if you're happy with that he'll come back to get exact measurments and fill in necessary paperwork. The total time for 2 visits from Russell come to roughly 30 minutes, no hard sell, a fantastic company to deal with, the office staff are great too, fantastic communication from them also, really quick in answering any questions you might have. Would definitely recommend them.

The 2 men who fitted the windows were extremely pleasant polite & hardworking. The job was completed on time and all debris cleaned up. The windows and front door they installed exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely delighted with them. I would certainly recommend South Side Windows.
