I have used Southside Windows previously and when I was moving to my new house, I did not get a quote from anyone else as I knew who they were and what they do. No pressure, no hours long sales pitch, top quality windows/doors and professional fitters who clean up after themselves. I had 8 windows and 2 doors installed and I could not be happier. From Russell the owner to the girls in the office and the fitters, everyone is helpful, polite, they are superfast at replying to queries and they just get the job done. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

We needed replacement of fourteen windows to upgrade the builder’s original but rather poor quality wooden windows installation. I would have no hesitation in giving five stars to Southside Windows for every stage of the process through to completion of the installation and the windows themselves. The prospect of such a big job was worrisome but we needn’t have been concerned. Russell carried out the initial assessment, then measuring and estimating with calm efficiency and courtesy. From there, it was a few weeks waiting for the windows to be made and then booking installation. The team of joiners arrived as arranged and bang on time. It was then a case of ‘leaving it to the professionals’ and they did not disappoint. Of course, it is not possible to remove and install windows without dust and some mess but the men cleaned as they went, which meant that all we had to do was a light ‘Spring clean’ when the whole job was finished. If we had known about the proficiency and quality of Southside Windows, we’d have saved ourselves years of worrying whether we should or should not replace the windows and we’d have had this job done years ago.

I had my windows and doors installed by Southside windows and would highly recommend them. From first port of call been to the office to arrange an appointment for someone to come out to give us a price, the girls in the office were extremely helpful and friendly. The owner came out to my house and provided me with a price there and then, went through everything I was getting from product, glass and locking systems on my windows and door. He left and said "If you want to go ahead then give us a call". He was only in my house for 30/40 minuets maximum. There was no pushy aftersales call either. I received my quotation the same day via email the price was very good so we went ahead without hesitation. The installation was great the boys done a fantastic job there was no mess as the fitters cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend Southside windows enough absolutely fantastic.

This is the third time I have used Southside Windows. Quick call to the factory and Russell was out the next day to check the window style I wanted and to give me a price. What I love about this company is that no one pressures you to commit to an order or demand any monies upfront. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. The girls in the office are lovely too, in fact I don't have a bad word to say about anyone who I had dealings with even the fitters have always left my home immaculate afterwards. Fantastic family run business, a pleasure from start till finish.

Came across Southside through a referral,much better than through comparison companies which can be expensive. Survey was fast and efficient. Product is the high quality Rehau, but the deciding for was the super efficient Pilkington glass which is the best on the market. Angela,jim, andy,Russell and the team ensured the installation was cried out on time and to high standard. Much better the cowboys I have experienced before. The new Windows are a huge improvement on the old timber windows, house is much warmer and quieter. Would definitely recommend southside over the large national window companies. This is the third time we have used Southside Windows and as usual the job has been completed professionally and with minimal disruption. The quality of the oak finishing inside and the cladding on the dormer window is excellent. Russell's no fuss approach to every quote requested sets this business apart from the competition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Southside Windows you won't be disappointed.

Team arrived when they said they would, prepared well to minimise mess and went about their business in a professional manner. Good humoured throughout and did an excellent job. We are absolutely delighted with the appearance and quality of our new Windows. Really excellent experience.

Replaced our tenement windows within a few weeks of receiving their quote through the Window Advice Centre. There wasn't one bit of dust left in the house when I came home, even on the first night when they were only half way through the job. Guys who fitted the windows were really friendly and hardworking. Windows are perfect and they stuck to the original quote, which was really reasonable. Will be recommending to others.
