We're a family-run business covering all domestic, corporate plumbing and heating requirements. We are based in Hertfordshire and cover the surrounding areas, including London. No job is too big or small for us, from complete heating installations, full bathroom fittings to leaks, blockages, or boiler servicing. We work for landlords or homeowners right through to large housing associations. We are fully insured, Gas Safe registered, and MCS Certified to provide additional government funding for air source heat pumps installations. We offer a 24-hour service 365 days a year and offer free advice over the phone where possible. We always strive to give our customers the best service.

I have used space many times now and wouldn't use anyone else. Turn up on time, clean and friendly and their work is brilliant. A company you can actually trust which is very hard to come by these days.

This particular job was a landlord gas safety cert. It was done & booked in, hob was picked up as an issue. This has also been replaced now. Excellent service.

I've used and recommended Space Heating numerous times. I like their booking system and real time information which allows you to know exactly when they will arrive. They have serviced by boiler and repaired leaks for me without any fuss. They have saved my sisters house from any serious damage from leaks very quickly. Knowledgeable staff who are Quick to respond, pricing is good to......what more can you ask for?

Called them as an emergency, due to being let down by insurers recommended. From start to finish I had amazing service. The teams knowledge, manners and work is just superb. All this and in a very clean and professional way. They are now in my phone for if/whenever I need. A+++++

We had a leak in one of the toilets. Space were very easy to deal with, fixed and replaced the part within 1 hour. Also gave us some advice on how to keep an eye on things. Good value,good service, would recommend

The booking service is superb and the text updates are brilliant, the engineer was also punctual and managed to fix a leak in my kitchen, leaving it in a clean and tidy, the price was good and I have used them twice (leak in a rental property and boiler service) since and each time they have not dropped their standards. I had to re-shedule an appointment three times and they were very accommodating and managed to fit me in when it was good for me. Highly recommend!

We moved to Herts not that long ago, and didn't know any local plumbers. So we used Which? trusted traders to find Space Heating. Space Heating came to put in a new boiler for us. I contacted them a few times, there was always someone answered the call. The engineers turned up on time. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout. After they finished the job, they also cleaned up the site. The boiler they recommended and put in, has been working wonderfully. After years of experiencing bad plumbers in London, Space Heating was truly a breath of fresh air. We are very impressed by their work ethic and professionalism.
