We were very impressed from the 1st phone call about our issue to the end of the job. David initially came and inspected our boiler and water cylinder. He advised us on what we should do. He was very honest and we felt no pressure to give an answer there and then. Booking the work was very easy. Sarah and Lisa in the office are very friendly. Communication is excellent. Pav and Leo did the work and I can only speak highly of them both. Very professional, tidy and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing and this was helpful to us to plan our days without heating. They were very careful not to damage any parts of the house. The work was to a very high standard. We have used Space Heating for a lot of small jobs around the house and this was our first experience of a large job. I highly recommend their services we do not even consider anyone for the job when it comes to plumbing and heating.

David attended our property to do the initial survey and to create a quote, He was very knowledgeable and totally professional. Engineers Luke and Luke carried out the installation and were with us for 5 days, they were friendly, professional and worked to a very high standard. They treated our property with respect and protected our carpets and furnishing at all times. We had a couple of teething problems after the installation was completed these were attended to immediately and without hesitation or fuss, one of which was on a Sunday. From my initial phone call to work completed Space Heating were excellent, if only all companies would operate this way! So I can highly recommend this company and we will be using them again for future work. You will not be disappointed!

Space Heating installed a new Viessmann 200 System boiler and Viessmann hot water cylinder for me back in August. Great initial advice in choosing the boiler and cylinder from David as well as how to optimise the set up. Very professional and knowledgeable on initial site visit and quote. Luke and Luke did the install and super nice guys to have around - always arrived on time and tidy at the end of the day. We’ve had the new system for 2 months now and heating and HW is fantastically efficient (most importantly warm!) and we are using materially less gas based on latest meter readings. Space Heating came recommended by Viessmann as advanced installer so we get the 10 year warranty on the boiler which was important. Fully recommended (and they’ve been back to do additional work for me since).

James and his team of highly skilled and customer focussed engineers are simply the best I have ever used. Local to me luckily they will drop round for the smallest issue and always resolve with no fuss and with great communication. I had a pressurised hot water cylinder, new boiler and smart controls fitted expertly by Space Heating Ltd. it’s a superb system and the guys that fitted it were professional, courteous, and did a great job. I’d highly recommend them.

James thought more imaginatively than other contractors to work out the perfect solution for replacing and relocating our 30 year old boiler and water tank with a shiny new Viessman combi. Pav and Leo who fitted our new system were a complete pleasure to work with . They were patient, efficient, courteous and good-humoured in equal measure. Their work is also extremely neat (they fitted some good looking pipe work!). They're both a credit to Space Heating. From the first contact with Lisa and throughout the job Space have been really helpful and responsive and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks for a great job!

An upcoming kitchen extension required the replacement and reloaction of the very old but reliable Ideal boiler. Replacement was a Viessmann Vitodens 100 and when James came to do the survey he identified a problem with the old gas mains pipe which would entail a completely new mains pipe from the meter. A new route was worked out and a new pipe installed as part of the installation. There were other problems uncovered by the installers (Pavel/Leo) when the installation got underway like rotten flooring and old plastic cold mains pipes both of which got replaced as part of the install, new flooring boards and copper pipe were used for this. Excellent job when finished and a real work of art.

Competitive prices and the boiler engineer was friendly, professional, and really helpful. The admin staff co-ordinated the job with care and consideration, keeping me informed every step not the way. I would highly recommend Space Heating.

We used Space Heating before for plumbing and were happy with the work, so chose them when we needed to replace our ancient boiler with a new one. The team are polite and friendly, and kept us advised throughout the work. I like that they took before/after photos to demonstrate the work in the attic. I can vouch from the physical evidence that their power flush machine is very effective! they were respectful of our home, taking steps to minimise mess and tidying up afterwards. No hesitation in recommending them.

James from Space Heating. (1) Identified that the electricity mains cable to the flat would not be able to handle an electric boiler. (2) Identified a clever solution to put the flue through my daughters bedroom and over the built in wardrobes (no one else came up with this as a solution, others wanted to go through the study which would have ruined the aesthetics as it would have been highly visible) (3) The quality of workmanship was excellent (both Luke and James did an excellent job) (4) They were highly professional and courteous throughout the work.

Space Heating are well organised, did everything they agreed to do, to a very high standard, on time and to budget. They replaced our failing domestic Potterton system with a new Viessmann 200W, a new flue, new cylinder and other accessories. The lead engineer Luke was a pleasure to work with.

Space Heating replaced my old boiler with a new Viessmann 111 plus Spiro cross low loss header, scale reducer, secondary heating pump & expansion vessel, along with lots of beautifully-laid out copper piping. The work was carried out over the agreed three days and to budget, and timed to fit in with other building work. These are top notch guys, with a very high level of technical knowledge as well as being high personable, patient (with a somewhat neurotic customer) and generally really nice guys to be sharing your house with for three days. Invoicing and admin were smooth and I'm really pleased with the final result for what was not the easiest job. They have already diarised annual services and completed admin for extended warranty and sent me my building regs certificate. Many thanks.

The hot tap in my bathroom "blew" early in the morning spewing hot water everywhere. After shutting the water off I searched Which for a plumber. Luckily I managed to get through to Spaceheat & Lisa coordinated the visit & repair by Dan . They proactively sourced replacement parts en-route meaning everything was sorted on the on visit. Slick , professional, efficient & value for money. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

The Space engineer arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. He did the job quickly and efficiently and took care to keep the area clean and tidy. He fixed the issue (a running toilet) without problem and took the time to explain to me where certain things were for future reference. Highly recommend.

This company was recommended to me by a friend recently when I experienced issues with my boiler. I gave them a call and spoke with Sarah whom was very helpful and made an appointment for James to attend that afternoon to quote for a replacement. James was very professional and helpful and carried out a full survey and discussed all suitable options with me . I then received my estimate via email in a timely manner, this was followed by a phone call from Lisa to ensure that I understood everything and answered any questions that I had. Once I was completely happy we arranged for the installation to take place the following week. Luke and Bradley arrived at 8 am on the Monday morning in full uniform and introduced themselves. I was kept informed of all progress throughout the following days and they were very cautious to keep their work area as tidy as possible After the work was completed Luke showed me how everything worked and made sure I was confident with my new system before leaving . I am very pleased with the work that has been carried out at my property and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to family and friends.

Space heating have recently installed a new central heating system in my home. They were professional, polite and very clean and tidy. They cleaned up every night before leaving and kept me imformed of progress throughout the week. I would definitely recommend space heating, they made whole experience as simple as possible from arranging my survey with Sarah whom was very helpful and informative, until completion of a very nice installation ! I have used space heating and plumbing twice in the past year. On both occasions they attended my property promptly and were extremely polite and professional. They fixed the issue without any problems and cleaned the area they had been working before they left.

Space Heating Recently fitted a new shower system and it is excellent. Also last year Space Heating installed a complete new central heating system - they have completely resolved our heating in our house. Very trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any heating or plumbing solutions.

These guys are great! Boiler conked out on me on Tuesday evening (only noticed at 11pm), so knowing James for a few years now took a long shot and called him first thing Wednesday morning. James was round by 9am the next day and by 11:30 the boiler was fixed, the pump upgraded and something else to do with a valve... Overall, what a service. Professional, quick, and quality. Top notch! Highly recommended.

An extremely professional and competent organisation. Very diligent at their work and dedicated to completing tasks in that they sometimes left late in order to complete the job and give us heating in good time. Job entailed installing new Viessman boiler with flue resited,extension of gas pipework, installation of new cylinder and shower pump. All work was completed to highest level and most importantly the quality and service was fantastic. It was a big job and so wasn't cheap but when it comes to these issues the quality and honesty of work is priority.

James and team pulled out all the stops to replace my gas boiler which broke down just after Christmas. From the minute they arrived they were friendly, helpful and very professional. We have recently undertaken a total refit of our bathroom and toilet and Space Heating have been the stand out professionals in this process. On undertaking the project they kept 100% to the original estimate. Communicated at every opportunity (via phone and text) to let us know when our engineer would be arriving and importantly what the outcome would be for the visit. They were on time, on budget, clean, efficient, helpful , hard working and polite. Our engineer Dan was 10/10. A real asset to the company. On the final day (a Saturday he arrived at 7.30 am and worked till the job was done at 8pm) Totally above and beyond what we expected! We have used lot's of plumbers over the years but Space are definitely the very best we have dealt with.

I have been a customer of Space Heating for 6 years. Throughout that time, they have serviced my central heating system. Space are professional, punctual, polite, and provide accurate and honest estimates and quotes. This month, my 11-year-old boiler was serviced. It was found to be uneconomic to repair to the required standard. I received a quote which, considering the detail of work to be done ( including Flushing the system ( not chemical) was very reasonable. The installation and associated work were undertaken on time and within budget. Zak, Luke and Darren were a credit to Space. I was informed and shown, where appropriate, what work was to be done and undertaken. Well done Space Heating

From phoning the company to book an engineer, right through to completion and payment I had great service. Courteous and helpful. The man even texted me to say he was on his way. Had a problem with my mother’s heating. Heating would sometimes not go off unless completely switched off at the mains. The man said it could be 2 or 3 things it might be but without being able to witness the problem it was hard to say exactly which thing it might be. He would get a quote for the potential problems to me ASAP, at which point the heating kindly misbehaved so he was able to trace the problem and fixed it there and then! Heating now working perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Space Heating . The bill was very reasonable too.

Zac arrived on time, serviced the CH and HW system, cleaned filters and changed a faulty valve. All done is a clean tidy way by a very courteous engineer called Zac.
