Speedy Roofing has just completed my 5m x 5m Victorian conservatory roof conversion from polycarbonate sheeting to a warm roof with 2 velux windows. From first contact, survey, construction materials and installation team, everything was of a high standard. Good communications throughout. Friendly staff and installation team. The estimate was sent and and agreed.no payment was requested and would only be required after this job was inspected by the director and signed off. We recently had our polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced by Speedy Roofing who installed a tiled roof and interior, plastered ceiling with downlighting. Suffice to say, we could not be happier with the finished article. From initial consultation at our home to provide the quote to installation and thereafter handover, the whole process was flawless. Staff who provided the quote, carried out the installation and oversaw the project were excellent and kept us informed and up to date throughout. From our point of view the entire process was straightforward and hassle free with the end result being incredible. My flat roof extension on 3 levels needed replacing and as it was a complex job I chose Speedy Roofing as a reputable company, with the added bonus of a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee on workmanship and materials. The installation team were on site for 5 days and were prompt, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable, and I was kept informed at all stages of the roof replacement. As it was technically a flat roof each level pitched in different directions but Stevie and the guys came up with solutions to any problems on site. Speedy Roofing may not be the cheapest quote but I chose to use them because of the complex nature of my roof and the companies reputation, and I’m glad I did. The whole process was painless, would recommend Speedy Roofing.

I contacted this company, as they were doing roof work for my daughter. They attended in good time and took the time to assess my problem. The surveyor was polite attentive and very clear with the solution. A new roof was required. All matters were explained in a polite way. All my questions were answered clearly. An detailed estimate for the work was prepared and sent to me within a few days. Again all matters were clear. I decided to proceed with the work. A timetable for the work was provided. Work started on the allotted date, the contractors workers were always polite and kept me advised of progress. The work was carried out efficiently. Skips were changed as required and the area around my house was kept clean and safe throughout. I have to say Speedy Roofing were excellent.

Speedy Roofing replaced my whole roof, fascia, soffits, gutters and roughcast. I am delighted with the results and am happy to recommend them. The whole team are very friendly and professional and kept me informed during the process. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. The roofers and roughcasters were very tidy and left no mess. You don’t need to pay anything until the work is complete and you get an impressive 20 year warranty which surpassed any of the other contractors that I looked at. My house was one of the poorest looking in the street and is now one of the best. My neighbours have commented on how good my house looks now.

Overall I am very pleased with the quality and finish of roof replacement. There was a lengthy delay in commencement of works. This affected my initial impression of the company, however, in the long run the customer service was very good and any issues were resolved.

Absolutely deleted with the job done on my conservatory roof. It’s turned it into an actual room where we can sit in and have family time/movies etc. The guys were very professional and efficient. They kept us well informed and were extremely neat and tidy. Could not recommend this company enough. Plus it comes with a 20 year warranty. 10 out of 10 from these guys.
