I'm absolutely delighted to report that I have had a very complex roof replaced by Speedy Roofing. From initial consultation to final clean up every aspect was conducted with professionalism and dedication. Every part of the work was carried out with precision and expertise. The initial consultation with Murray the surveyor made me have every confidence in his team. Due to the challenges of the project I felt the quotations received were competitive, fair and realistic in today's market. The timeline suited my individual needs and commenced as agreed. The scaffolders arrived and erected their equipment speedily and efficiently with due regard for my personal access and garden. The roofers quicky took over and cleared the way for tile installation with excellent workmanship and dedication to the project. Particular thanks goes to Stephen and Richie for their stamina and expertise. Overall I'm absolutely delighted with the high standard of workmanship overseen by Contracts Manager David. I have no hesitation in recommending Speedy Roofing to prospective clients and wish them every success in the company's future.

From the first consultation for a quote to the final check consultation I cannot recommend Speedy Roofing highly enough. The workmen cleaned up after themselves every day and we're very courteous. My roof was in a worse condition than first expected but the roofers explained what was happening and what they had to replace. The staff in the office where also very helpful with any questions I had.

Our polycarbonate conservatory roof badly needed replaced, contacted several companies to find out options, prices etc. Speedy Roofing were by far the most professional company we spoke to. Gerry came out explained to us that a flat one piece roof would be best for us, the roof is insulated something we never had before. They also removed the old fashioned wall lights and replaced with spot lights in the ceiling. New guttering was also included in the price. The guys completed the job in 3 days, removed all the rubbish and left the place clean and tidy. 10 year guarantee given on the roof.

We requested quotes for a new roof from a number of providers and found Speedy Roofing to be the best in terms of scope, timing and competitive pricing. From the initial referral meeting with Ronnie, the team kept us informed by email, WhatsApps, phone and face to face. On site, the team were led by Cooper. He worked very well with our local joiner as two replacement dormer windows were being installed at the same time. All work was completed to our complete satisfaction and delighted with our new roof. My flat roof extension on 3 levels needed replacing and as it was a complex job I chose Speedy Roofing as a reputable company, with the added bonus of a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee on workmanship and materials. The installation team were on site for 5 days and were prompt, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable, and I was kept informed at all stages of the roof replacement. As it was technically a flat roof each level pitched in different directions but Stevie and the guys came up with solutions to any problems on site. Speedy Roofing may not be the cheapest quote but I chose to use them because of the complex nature of my roof and the companies reputation, and I’m glad I did. I contacted this company, as they were doing roof work for my daughter. They attended in good time and took the time to assess my problem. The surveyor was polite attentive and very clear with the solution. A new roof was required. All matters were explained in a polite way. All my questions were answered clearly. An detailed estimate for the work was prepared and sent to me within a few days. Again all matters were clear. I decided to proceed with the work. A timetable for the work was provided. Work started on the allotted date, the contractors workers were always polite and kept me advised of progress. The work was carried out efficiently. Skips were changed as required and the area around my house was kept clean and safe throughout. I have to say Speedy Roofing were excellent.

Speedy Roofing replaced my whole roof, fascia, soffits, gutters and roughcast. I am delighted with the results and am happy to recommend them. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and finish of roof replacement. There was a lengthy delay in commencement of works. This affected my initial impression of the company, however, in the long run the customer service was very good and any issues were resolved.

Recently had a full roof replacement from speedy roofing due to my previous roof having damage from storms and was leaking. The employee that came to my house to provide a quote was very helpful and went through everything that was required and was very thorough. The completed work looks really good and have had no issues since the install. The team where always on hand to provide updates throughout the installation even tho the weather was not on our side at the time. Would never know that i had work done as the team were very tidy and left my property clean and tidy on completion. Would 100% refer this to anyone needing roof works completed.

We had our roof replaced and 2 velux windows installed. Friendly and professional service from the office staff and thier surveyor prior to work being sheduled. Work was carried out exactly as planned, on time and very efficiently. We are delighted with the finished result. There are acsess problems at our property, which ment that the skip for the debris from the old roof was quite a distance away from our house, similarly materials for the new roof were dropped off in the same location as the skip. No problem at all for the guys at speedy roofing, they got wheelbarrows out and moved everything that way. No complaints they just got the job done. The work was completed in around a week. Scaffolding up, materials arrived, work done. They sent someone out to inspect the work, confirmed i was happy with everything. I paid the bill, Scaffolding came down and skip was collected. It really was as simple as it could possibly be, at every stage. And thier work comes with a guarantee for future peace of mind.

My old roof was over 100 years old and slate. Replacing like for like would have been much more expensive than I could afford. Speedy came up with a fantastic alternative and I am really pleased with the result. It is very pretty and the fitters were excellent.

After finding our old roof was leaking we decided a new one was our best option. After various quotes we went with Speedy Roofing and from start to finish their team was very professional and efficient, keeping us informed during the whole process. I personally climbed the scaffolding to inspect the finished job and it was perfect. And after a short while one of the staff did a follow-up check to make sure everything was fine. Speedy Roofing replaced my roof during terrible weather conditions. The team did a great job of my new ridged roof. From day one the material and skip were delivered within the hour. Scaffold erected and dismantled after the roof was completed. Roofers never once complained from young Keiran up they kept me informed during inclement weather. We have been looking to get our roof fixed for a while and decided to get in touch with speedy roofing and they impressed us with how quickly they responded and Murray came out to do an assessment and produce a quote he was up front and professional in his manner and we quickly had the details and quote which was in our opinion a good price for the amount of work. They started the job quicker than expected and the guys who came to actually do the work ,worked very hard and were very knowledgeable and professional when I asked any questions. Halfway through the job Grant came and checked on progress and explained any questions we had and the guys finished earlier than projected and did a fantastic job. Having such a big job done is quite stressful but all the staff at speedy roofing made you feel at ease with everything going on. They kept you up to date with everything and made you feel you were the only person they had to deal with. They are a great company and would highly recommend them to any person looking to have work on their roof done.

The old roof on our 3-storey town house needed completely reinstalling after 50 years of exposure to the Scottish climate. Murray was our first contact with Speedy Roofing and responded to our initial enquiry very quickly with a visit to the property. He gave us good clear advice and produced a very competitive quote. Unfortunately the start date was postponed due to work load and shortage of materials. However Project Manager Grant kept us informed and we fully accept that the snags were out of his control. Happily the project was completed to our great satisfaction. We were particularly impressed with the workmanship and quality of materials. It's also worth mentioning that the the somewhat quirky design of the original roof presented some unique challenges, but Grant and his expert team dealt with them in a very professional way and again, kept us informed at every stage. It was also pleasing that, despite the extra challenges presented by original design, the final invoice matched the original quote - no hidden extra charges - which is a credit to Speedy Roofing's honesty and integrity. The finished project looks great, has already been weather tested and, I'm sure, will outlast me!
