I am very happy with the solar panels and battery installation, and how impressed I was by the hard work that was put in by the 4 engineers. They did a brilliant job in some very difficult weather. There were some unforecast heavy showers, but they worked through them. They pulled out all the stops, and went the extra mile to get the work completed in a single day. I shall not hesitate to recommend Spirit Energy to my friends and neighbours that are looking to install in the near future.

Earlier this year Spirit Energy installed a (supplementary) battery in my house to enhance my utilisation of solar energy. The process was quick and easy, the price competitive, and the new battery was installed quickly, once the grid permission had come through. It took less than a day to fit. The fitter, who was courteous, helpful and efficient, left things neat and tidy and also took time to describe operation of the battery, once it had been installed. He really knew his job. With the battery, power cuts are barely noticeable (eg. just a flicker from the lights). Past experience with this company has been equally good. 5 years previously they installed my PV solar generation system, then a couple of years later, my first battery. They do a good job using good quality equipment and my whole system has worked faultlessly since installation. As predicted, my power consumption reduced substantially following PV and battery installation, particularly during the summer. I have no hesitation in recommending this company; I have found it one to be relied upon.

Spirit installed 21 panels and 2 Powerwalls at my property. They engaged patiently with me for months beforehand, answering every query I had and providing all the financial scenario analysis I asked for. The installation took place on time and was carried out with professionalism and courtesy with the electrician answering every annoying question I had for him. I was extremely impressed with Spirit and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent from quote to survey and installation. We had our system installed late September. It reduced our electric demand immediately and since April our energy bills including standing charges for gas and electric have been negative. When I have any questions they respond immediately. Especially getting connected for the feed in tariff. Great service and very happy to recommend.

Having previously been through the process of deploying a PV system, I was much better informed when planning this project. I found Spirit very willing to engage at a detailed level and provide balanced advice across a number of potential panel, inverter and battery configurations. The job was executed quickly, tidily and on time and they were very responsive to my initial technical queries post install. The team has also stayed in touch, checking in from time to time. Spirit Energy have just finished fitting 24 PV solar panels & Tesla Powerwall 2 battery at my property. The whole process from the beginning to the completion was great! Starting with wise sales engineer Sam, superb project manager, Natasha, effective surveyor Justin, fast & careful scaffolders, hard working diligent roofers & finally The great, neat & precise electrical installers who tied up all ends & made the system work perfectly well ! And also customer support Ryan & Charles from accountancy - everyone had their part in successful delivery of this project. In time, without substitutes & in budget ! My PV panels are facing East (12) & West (12) covering the whole roof, and now in summer BOTH sides manage to produce equal amount of electricity even from ambient sky at 5.30am, thus before East side gets lit directly with sun! And this output at 5.30 am is sufficient to power my whole house needs at that time! So, East & West orientations work well too! Thank you everyone.

I have used Spirit Energy 3 times now, once for my original PV/PowerWall installation in 2017 (still going strong), a second time in 2022 when I upgraded my Tesla gateway so that I could take advantage of having power during a power cut, and a the third time to install yet more solar a second PowerWall in August 2023. I can honestly say I wouldn’t consider approaching anyone else as they are competitive on price, very efficient and thorough and their after sales service and support have been excellent.
