Our house required all soffits and fascia replacing with new wood. As our joiner completed each face of the house, upper and lower, the woodwork needed painting completed quickly to allow scaffolding to be adjusted or removed to allow access to other areas. (After priming, the new wood required a total of three coats of paint, each needing effectively 24 hours drying time.) Alex was able to provide, flexibly at relatively short notice as each section became available, a skilful and experienced painter who worked quickly to a high standard. He also made a excellent job of the garage door. We have no hesitation in recommending Spring Decorating for great customer service and high standard of work.

We have recently had the outside of our house painted. Alex is a personable young man who has a young business and a team of 7 employees who operate mainly in Bramhall but recommendations are drawing the business further afield and both my friend and I live in Sale. (It will not be too long before my neighbours will be asking for our recommendation). The company is also Which registered and this along with Alex’s professional demeanor, convinced us we should choose ‘Spring.’ Paul was our allocated painter and always arrived on time from Stockport from 8am and immediately set to. He was industrious throughout the time of the projects, rarely taking breaks. He was a polite, family man who respected our property, having pleasant music in the back ground on very low volume and we never witnessed him being distracted from the work at hand by taking successive mobile calls from other clients – bliss! Paul was also battling the elements with the heavy rain downpours which prevented his return visits for a couple of days which could not have been foreseen, and was always apologetic towards the hold up on the job which was much appreciated. It is a given then that we would recommend this professional company and would definitely re-employ. They are priced in the middle of other quotes but that included the cost of scaffolding. Our experience has taught us to prioritise the people before any costs as they have to be professional and trustworthy.

Contacted Spring decorating for a quote for our Lounge and a couple of other small house improvements. Received a quote from owner Alex. His team commenced the work. Really impressed as professional work completed, tidy and arrived on time daily. Would definitely use them again if other decorating jobs required in the future.

Incredibly pleased with the renovation work by Spring decorating. The work involved the replastering of several rooms, replacing internal doors, bannisters, spindles, radiators and then redecorating. All finished to a very high quality which I am delighted with. The team were professional, efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back in the future.

Interior decorating involved a plasterer, electrician and decorator. The whole job was coordinated by Spring decorating which made it extremely easy for me. The team always arrived v promptly, was very helpful, cheerful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Alex and his guys completed some interior decorating late last year and the outside of our house last week. All work completed to a high standard, on schedule and the guys were friendly and flexible. We would definitely use Alex for any future decorating jobs.

We were delighted with the work by Spring Decorating. The response to our query was quick, and a quote followed promptly. Work started a couple of weeks later on the outside of our house. John did most of the work, but Alex was regularly visiting and keeping tabs on things. John and Alex always arrived exactly when they said they would, and were totally reliable, pleasant and courteous. The work was thorough, with excellent preparation, and looks very good. We will certainly use them again for more work.

Very professional service, always arrived on time, left my home tidy at end of each day, super transformation of my stairs/landing was very dark and dingy is now light and airy. Will use again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Alex and his team are to be highly recommended. They always arrived on time and stayed until the job was finished. They even did extra work when needed relating to other tradesmen leaving marks on already painted walls. Alex and his painters recently painted the outside woodwork of our house - 36 windows, most with 12 small panes plus doors, outside railings etc etc. It hadn't been painted for several years and was in quite a state. Alex was in a mainly supervisory role, but visited frequently to check on progress and ensure we were happy with the work. The painters who did the vast majority of the work, Martin and Peter, were professional in their approach but friendly and obliging; they also cleared up after themselves each day. We are extremely pleased with the result - the woodwork was prepared well and painted expertly. Will employ Alex and his team again.

Alex and his team have just finished decorating my hall, stairs and landing, with fantastic results. From the initial quotation until the day they left, they displayed the utmost professionalism, used great materials, and left my house pristine at the end of every day. Alex and his team have just completed a ghastly job of stripping woodchip wallpaper, then redecorating and transforming three rooms in my house. Excellent work and I am delighted!

Alex and his people have just finished a tricky job decorating our hallway, involving stripping a lot of woodwork as well as the usual painting and papering. All was done to a very high standard, with a professional approach to scheduling, time-keeping and clearing up. Alex and the team have done three jobs recently for us. The first two, decorating two rooms, ceiling, walls and woodwork were done to their usually high standard. The third job was to rectify a very poor varnish job on six doors. The coloured varnish had not been applied properly by others and was patchy. Using patience, steel wool and skill the doors have been restored to their former glory.

Alex and his team did a brilliant job. I had my house painted including halls and rooms and all the woodwork done. The end result was great and I would use them again in the future if needed.
