From the initial selection of alternative windows and doors, through the explanation of the various factors to be considered and completion of the job their performance was excellent. We used their services to replace all windows and external doors in the house. Their service throughout the project was of the highest quality. They made useful suggestions during the selection process and the end product satisfied all that we required within a competitive cost. The finish obtained was superb. During the whole process they were extremely prompt in providing information and always punctual during the installation. This is the second job that square deals have done for me and it has been a pleasure to work with them again. All the staff with whom I have come in contact during the replacement of 5 windows and a door and frame have been very helpful and the work was done exactly according to the quotation and in the time scale given. Their fast efficient service is to be highly recommended and I have no hesitation in doing so. Both office staff and the fitters were pleasant at all times.

I had 11 windows replaced and I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. Barry came out to give me a quote which was very competitive and he was very knowledgeable about the product and was the only person to mention the dummy sashes which I would recommend. I called into the showroom to look at the patterned glass for the bathrooms and again he was very helpful. I had a surveyor to measure up accurately then the work took place earlier than quoted. The fitters, James and Steve, did an excellent job and were very conscientious about putting dust sheets down etc. and a supervisor came to the house a couple of times while the work was underway to check that everything was going well. We had a number of conversations about the surrounds and sills so they ensured that I got the result that I wanted. The work was completed to a very high standard and I could not be happier. I paid the full amount on completion and would not hesitate to recommend Square Deals. I will use again when I can afford new doors.
