Having suffered a horrendous water leak due due to shoddy work by a previous contractor, St Pierre saved the day. With water pouring through the ceilings at 6am, Andy arrived before 7am with a team to identify and stop the leaks. They then carried out the remedial works to the highest of standards. Great company. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We'd struggled for years with drainage problems leading to overflowing gutter hoppers on a Victorian house. We had a combination of inadequately functioning soakaways and unsuitable design of gutter hoppers and downpipes. We had a pretty clear idea of what we needed, and St Pierre's team talked through the ideas with us, helping us reach an agreed programme of work rapidly. This involved them creating several new soakaways, using "egg box" crates, which were all dug with care and attention to making them as invisible as possible afterwards, creating new underground drains to connect the soakaways to the down pipes, and installation of period "cast iron style" down pipes, together with decorative hoppers. It also involved some lead work to direct the water flow smoothly into the hopper. The team were always polite, cheerful, considerate and helpful. What's not to like? We subsequently used them on another ground work investigation which was also done with thought, care and speed. I'd be happy to recommend them, and to use them again whenever I have an appropriate need.

We have used St Pierre Contractors on three projects for ground works, drainage, hard landscaping & driveways. The budgets were set and work completed on schedule with good communication throughout. They are professional, experienced and knowledgeable. The guys on site are very respectful and a pleasure to work with. We value their expertise and highly recommend them. When they leave site everything is tidy and you know you have a first rate job.

St Paulinus Centre is a community centre in Marlpit Hill that provides facilities for a pre-school and dance school. The building's main floor was deteriorating due to wet rot and had poor ventilation, requring its complete replacement. St Pierre won the contract because it provided a detailed specification that met the requirements of the quantity survey and offered the best price. The project was completed on time and within the terms, which included replacement water heaters and the inclusion of brick supports. The hall management was very happy with the outcome

Working with St Pierre Contractor was very easy . The building work was kept within budget, matched the planned design and was performed with quality craftsmanship. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and it was always easy to get in touch with them. The company performed part of the work and contracted plumber/ electrician / window fitter /plasterer/roofer etc and also dealt with the building inspectors at every occasion so we did not have to worry about coordination. The site was always kept clean and tidy and everything was done to work around us ( we lived on site during an extensive refurbishment of the ground floor of the house). Thank you!

St Pierre were excellent, making very good suggestions for the way the project could be carried out. The quality of their work was of a consistently very high standard and they were thoughtful and considerate to us minimising disruption in our home. We are very pleased with the bathroom. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The St Pierre team converted an 11,000 sq ft disused office into a single residential house. The project which spanned 18 months, was exceptionally well managed and we are very pleased with the quality of end result.
