Good communcation from the first call requesting a visit and estimate, to the final sign off from the job. Did take a little while to get the work booked in as I imagine winter is a busy season. Work completed quickly and professionally by a friendly team. Now leak free.

Repair compromised flat roof

We noticed the roof was soft in places. Stace did a drill investigation to find extensive rot and to confirm the original builders had not inserted a vapour control layer. Stace stripped back the whole roof down to the insulation, inserted a vapour control layer and replaced the roof. It looks like a new pin and we are 100% comfortable that we have a quality product that will last decades. The work was completed to the original quote and in the timescale agreed. Minor issues, when raised, were immediately resolved. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are undertaking a self build Eco home in the Derbyshire countryside which we have project managed ourselves without using a main contractor. Although not particularly local, we looked at Stace due to their customer feedback. Greg has been a great sounding block for us giving advice and support beyond what you could normally expect to receive from a contractor and the guys have done a first class job. When the 250kg triple glazed roof light was delayed it meant we had to alter the plans for getting it into position. The team just got on with the job and didn’t complain or try to increase costs. We have been so pleased with the support that we have used the guys for some other works we hadn’t originally planned to place with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stace Roofing as they produce a high quality finish and are a pleasure to work with. Thanks Greg and Team Stace..!
