Excellent service from the initial phone call to the installation. Absolutely no complaints. It has turned our two storey house into a bungalow. Would highly recommend.

I was dealing with Stairlift Solutions on behalf on my father-in-law, who was in need of a stairlift due to increasing mobility problems at home. As they were local to us, I visited their Newtownards showroom initially, and was met by Gail, who was very welcoming and helpful as I outlined his requirement. This was followed up by an engineer's visit to the house within a couple of days, where various pricing and configuration options were discussed to cover two staircases, with a landing in-between. In the end, we opted for two separate staight-run stairlifts, using reconditioned equipment to keep the cost down. The installation followed quickly (next day in fact!) and the installation engineer, like his colleague before, was friendly, helpful and very professional. The work was done neatly and quickly (both stairlifts installed within 4-5 hours, even including a late change of plan, when it was decided to install the shorter lift on the opposite wall for better access). The products installed came complete with a warranty and service call-out number in case of any issues. The price quoted was good value-for-money when compared with a 'brand new' system, and the installation is already proving very useful to my father-in-law. Well done to the team at Stairlift Solutions, very commendable all round and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are very pleased with the professional service that was given by Stairlift Solutions! Their representative was knowledgeable; friendly, and took the time to ensure my brother & I had the correct stairlift installed in our home! The engineer who installed the lift was second to none. He took great care with the installation - he was professional and very tidy! All in all - I would highly recommend this family run business to anyone considering getting a stair lift! After careful reviews, we chose Stairlift Solutions as it was a successful local family-run business. Advertised in local shopping newspaper. The arrangement was made for a home survey and discussion about the appropriate chairlift required to suit our needs, price and aftercare. This was carried out in a professional manner. After a few days of thoughtful discussions, we went ahead and arranged the installation date and time. A phone call before the engineer arrived was reassuring. Installed and tested in a professional and friendly way. We were left in no doubt how to operate and report any problems should they arise. Overall very satisfied with the service.

This company provided a seamless service from start to finish. My father has got COPD and urgently needed a stairlift. He had been waiting 3 weeks on a quote from a previous company and was let down. Living in England I needed to sort a stairlift at pace for my mother post hospital. I contacted Stairlift Solutions NI and their response was unbelievable. From first contact to installation, it took @3 weeks. 1 - Response time to every piece of communication was prompt and importantly extremely instructive. 2 - I asked for a home visit to facilitate a quote at short notice. I was limited in terms of time but the team bent over backwards (Kim, was brilliant throughout), first to ensure that I got an appointment to suit and, second, arranged it first thing in the morning to help for my convenience. Kim was very thoughtful. 3 - Chris, the installer, was prompt, courteous and instructive. Provided us with an immediate quote and organised an installation date to suit us. 4 - Installation was perfect and over and above! Thanks again Chris! 5 - Post sale service has been exemplary. Friendly professional advice given by representative who arranged to call at our home even advised to visit the showroom and try the lift which we did. Shop staff helpful and informative. Fitted on agreed date and time fitter explained use safer features etc no problem fast efficient service with lovely helpful staff . No pressure to buy

Great Company to work with and staff were professional and pleasant. We felt our questions were all answered and all options were explained empathetically. We are delighted with the product and the installation engineer was friendly and carry out work diligently and speedily.

From my initial enquiry I found the service very good. The stairlift, primarily for my wife’s use was installed within 7 days, however this would have been much quicker only for previous appointments on my part. The company were very accommodating in finding a suitable time for installation. The Installation itself was speedy and very clean, the agent Sam took time to demonstrate the operation of the stairlift. I have no hesitation in recommending Stairlift Solutions.

Came out on a Monday and fitted the following day. Fitting was quick and very tidy. Happy to recommend.
