This company provided a seamless service from start to finish. My father has got COPD and urgently needed a stairlift. He had been waiting 3 weeks on a quote from a previous company and was let down. This is why I chose this company, they are very professional & friendly which is very important when dealing with vulnerable people. Living in England I needed to sort a stairlift at pace for my mother post hospital. I contacted Stairlift Solutions NI and their response was unbelievable. From first contact to installation, it took @3 weeks. 1 - Response time to every piece of communication was prompt and importantly extremely instructive. 2 - I asked for a home visit to facilitate a quote at short notice. I was limited in terms of time but the team bent over backwards (Kim, was brilliant throughout), first to ensure that I got an appointment to suit and, second, arranged it first thing in the morning to help for my convenience. Kim was very thoughtful. 3 - Chris, the installer, was prompt, courteous and instructive. Provided us with an immediate quote and organised an installation date to suit us. 4 - Installation was perfect and over and above! Thanks again Chris! 5 - Post sale service has been exemplary. Friendly professional advice given by representative who arranged to call at our home even advised to visit the showroom and try the lift which we did. Shop staff helpful and informative. Fitted on agreed date and time fitter explained use safer features etc no problem fast efficient service with lovely helpful staff . No pressure to buy

Great Company to work with and staff were professional and pleasant. We felt our questions were all answered and all options were explained empathetically. We are delighted with the product and the installation engineer was friendly and carry out work diligently and speedily.

From my initial enquiry I found the service very good. The stairlift, primarily for my wife’s use was installed within 7 days, however this would have been much quicker only for previous appointments on my part. The company were very accommodating in finding a suitable time for installation. The Installation itself was speedy and very clean, the agent Sam took time to demonstrate the operation of the stairlift. I have no hesitation in recommending Stairlift Solutions.

Came out on a Monday and fitted the following day. Fitting was quick and very tidy. Happy to recommend.

Contacted the company 2 days before Christmas and someone came out to measure up the next day and fitted it the first day back after Christmas. The service and politeness of the staff is second to none.

There are honestly no words to describe how absolutely amazing the staff at Stairlift solutions are! We made the appointment on the Tuesday, and they were so accommodating on the installation date and making sure everything was correct and how we wanted it. Be it from the effectiveness of the engineers doing the install to the friendly and wonderful staff in the office who went out of the way to get the lift to us asap! Had straight slimline stairlift installed to help my mum get around safely and more easily. I was really impressed with the speed of service. From inquiry to installation was three working days. Absolutely delighted with Stairlift Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough. From my first contact to the installation of the stairlift, everything went so smoothly. Very reasonable price and an absolute pleasure to deal with a “workie” as opposed to a salesman. No pressure to buy and no cheap or tacky sales practices. Once we agreed on the most suitable option, James & Jim installed the stairlift within 48 hours and we hardly knew they were there, they treated my mother and her home with such respect, even leaving the carpet cleaner than when they arrived! As I say, I simply cannot recommend Stairlift Solutions highly enough – sincere thanks to a great company.

Having come from a customer service background, I can honestly say that I've never come across a company with such great customer care values as Stairlift Solutions N.I. Ltd. From the moment I requested a quotation to having had the stairlift installed, the level of service provided has been second to none. I had to re-schedule my first appointment and Jen was very accommodating. When James Dowling arrived for my consultation, my husband and I found him to be very friendly, trustworthy and most importantly, knowledgeable about stairlifts. He went through various options with us and left us brochures and a written quotation. What I loved about this company was that they gave us adequate time to make up our mind about purchasing a stairlift; we did not get "hounded" or pressurised by them to buy. When we did place the order, the stairlift was installed within 2 weeks and the whole installation process was a breeze. It was reassuring for us that James was there during installation (along with another installer) and the job was done within a few hours. The lads even hoovered up and left the hallway nice and clean. Following installation, a payment receipt was promptly sent to me. I'm so glad that I chose Stairlift Solutions N.I. Ltd., especially knowing that I'll be comfortable having my stairlift serviced every year by them. The lift itself is very slim and modern looking. It looks quite neat and it is very easy to operate.
