Wardrobes good quality and sales person very competent, but as for the gentleman and I use that term loosely, who came to install, totally disappointed and disgusted. First fitters put a large scratch/gouge in the wooden flooring and left such a mess which wasn’t in my eyes acceptable, but I just accepted it and moved on, unfortunately a panel had gotten missed off the order so a second lot of fitters had to come out. They were at my house for 15 minutes doing the job first thing (8:50am) all I’m am going to say is they both used my toilet to do their morning ablutions, one just wondering up there himself and going through the cupboards for more toilet roll, and leaving it in such a mess I really don’t want to go into. I was totally disgusted and phoned and emailed as soon as they had gone. I didn’t get any communication back so decided to pop in and air my grievances. I informed the sales assistant how upset I was and that I wasn’t after any form of compensation just so upset on how my house and I had been treated. I did however expect an email apology from their installation manager or even a phone call, but nothing. Therefore unfortunately their sales assistant has lost out on commission of two further bedrooms which is a shame as their installation fitters let them down. I have now used another well known Bedroom furniture company who have been so courteous considerate and caring.
