After two other engineers looking at our boiler and not fixing it Stephen persevered and did a great job - polite, friendly, helpful and made sure the job was finished. Also extremely good price for the job and a service. Will certainly have him back.

Steven came over at short notice to look at my mum's boiler which was leaking, and which turn out to have completely corroded inside as was very old. He immediately ordered a new one and came 3 days later to fit it. He was in the house for two days, fitting and testing the boiler, which involved crawling around in a small loft space to get to the tank. He was relaxed and unfazed by a few problems that came up - he sorted everything out, including going out and getting some additional parts - without any grumbles or complaints. He put sheets down and was very quiet and clean whilst working, and was also very kind and courteous to my elderly mum. Very happy with his work, a lovely guy and highly recommend.

I asked Steve to have a look at an issue with my washing machine and to service my boiler. He arrived promptly, sussed out the problem with the former and carried out the service in good time - but thoroughly. He was polite and sociable while here and an absolute delight. I've only recently moved into the property and my DIY skills are legendarily woeful anyway, and now I have confidence the boiler is all fixed up before the nights turn cold this autumn. I can highly recommend Steve based on my experience. Lovely guy.

When I first called Stephen he came in 10 minutes and was so helpful! He then returned yesterday to install a new boiler for me and I couldn’t have had a better guy! So nice and worked so hard in my attic which was a very difficult place but he never complained just did the job! I would most certainly recommend him!

Steve is an excellent plumber, I use him for my annual gas safety tests. He answers his phone, makes a date, turns up on time, never any dramas and reasonably priced. Not much more to say really!

This was the first time we have used Steve Gill's services and we weren't disappointed. He came to service our boiler and also fix a few other minor plumbing jobs. He arrived on time, did an excellent job and his bill was also fairly priced. We plan on using Steve again for our annual boiler service and any other unforeseen plumbing/heating problems that occur in the future. Definitely recommend Steve.

Stephen performed an annual central heating boiler service on a system that he installed 5 years ago. This was arranged by phone yesterday for 9am today. Stephen arrived dead on time and completed the work in his usual efficient manner. The work done was documented with an email copy. Advice was given about the positioning of the wireless controller/thermostat to achieve a better temperature balance across the property. Future work to upgrade some radiator TRV’s was also discussed. Always happy to recommend Stephen to friends and neighbours for central heating work.

The work Steve undertook involved removing an existing conventional hot water and central heating boiler system, and replacing it with a new combi boiler system. As requested, Steve quoted for two Worcester models and warranty periods, so I could choose the option that best suited my requirement. His work was fast, neat, completed on time, to specification and to the price quoted. His work was thoroughly professional and in my opinion, very good value for money. I will certainly use Steve again for any future central heating or plumbing jobs that I require.

I'd been experiencing some problems with a Viessman gas boiler and, after a visit from the manufacturers engineer, some recommendations were made relating to the system. I looked on line for a Viessman trained engineer and found Stephen. He arrived when he said he would. I was happy to accept a reasonable verbal quote from him and he carried out the work within a week or two. Sadly, one of the modifications didn't quite work as it should but it was a month or two before I noticed it. Stephen came, made recommendations which, sadly, didn't solve the problem. My solution would have been to replace the malfunctioning part but this quiet man is a thinker; he dug deeper, and came up with the solution. I feel my boiler will be in safe hands from now on.
