I contacted Steve, after seeing consistently excellent reviews of his work on social media. Having recently moved house, I wanted to change all the ancient radiators. He responded promptly and advised on where the new ones would be best placed and what output would be needed for each room. His estimate was extremely reasonable, less than I was expecting, and for top quality radiators. Despite being extremely busy, he fitted me in within a couple of weeks. He completed the work on time and schedule. He also worked well with my carpenter, who was doing the remedial work around the new fittings. Throughout, he was helpful and explained what he was doing. He checked everything thoroughly before completion and advised that he is always available if any issues arise. I will certainly use him in the future.

Steve has worked here before so the only person we wanted to contact again about a leaking rad. He assessed and advised a new rad would be required and agreed several other small jobs. He researched rads, sent the info and we agreed a choice. As not in stock we had to wait for it to be made. It is now fitted, working and other jobs done. What makes Steve stand out for us is his friendliness, knowledge, experience, professionalism and doesn’t promise things he is unable to do because of time. He is a good guy.

I found Steve via the nextdoor app as he is highly recommended on there. As a result he is extremely busy but he managed to fit me in. He's friendly and honest, and spent extra time talking me through what I'd need if i was having a lodger stay with me. His rates are excellent and he's just really easy to chat to, id highly recommend him.

Just small jobs but now know that we have found someone who is really good at what they do. Steve was great as he contacted us to arrange a time to do the work, had all the equipment with him that he would need and his charge was really reasonable. Very knowledgeable and a nice person .

Steve is friendly, honest and highly professional. He explained the nature of the plumbing fault and gave clear options for solutions he could apply. The work was completed promptly and to an excellent standard. I would recommend Steve to anyone.

I discovered Steve Gray on our neighbourhood social media. He had so many excellent reviews and recommendations I asked him to quote for helping me choose, supplying and fitting a new combi boiler. He impressed me with his knowledge of heating boilers and the explanations he gave to my queries. He kept me informed each step of the process and came in on budget, even not charging for a few extras! I had no qualms to have Steve work in my house while I was at work and he even made friends with my blind dog! I am delighted with the work he has done and would recommend him to anyone wanting heating/plumbing work done. An honest, genuine and highly skilled guy.

I found Steve on Facebook due to his amazing reviews on there, and I haven’t looked back. Steve is kind, explains the problem, what it will cost and then goes above the call of duty. He is punctual and always leaves his jobs spotless. I wish there were more tradesmen like Steve and I would highly recommend him to anyone reading this.

I found Steve through recommendations on a neighbourhood platform a year ago and can honestly say he has been my absolute saviour…being faced with some really serious challenges due to extensive damage caused by builders to my whole central heating and hot water system, resulting in all the pipe work and drainage having to be reconfigured and some parts replaced. Steve fitted a new combi boiler to replace my very old boiler and removal of tanks. He guided me all the way through the process and answered all my questions. He’s very friendly and approachable so I felt very assured that I had finally found the right gas man! I am so happy to finally have the perfect boiler and Steve Gray was definitely worth the wait he will be my go to man and I highly recommend him. Top job and top bloke.
