Stewart and his team have completed two jobs for me now. The first was laying a sandstone path, some repointing and removal of an old greenhouse. The second was laying a new driveway. Everything has been delivered to such a high standard, Stewart was brilliant to work with from start to finish. On the drive, I'd had a bad experience with a different tradesperson and it all needed to be redone. Stewart was really creative in coming up with a cost effective solution. He and his team were meticulous in their groundwork preparation and the ultimate finish and I'm really blown away with how it all looks. I can't recommend Stewart highly enough. He and his team are also very friendly and approachable and generally easy to have around.

Stewart rebuilt a brick arch under which the path leading into our house passes, which appered to be in danger of collapse due to the fact that much of the mortar had fallen out or deteriorated, causing the bricks to slip. He also repointed the brickwork on one of the walls supporting the arch, and replaced the top two courses of it and a concrete lintel. The work was carried out efficiently and speedily, despite bad weather, and with little disruption, and despite the fact that the job was a bit more complicated than originally expected he stayed to the original estimate. His manner, and that of his assistant, was friendly and helpful. The finished job looks great! Definitly recommended.

Stewart has just finished a 3 week job for us. He fully repointed the back of our house, laid a brand new 30m2 patio and extended our garden wall. The work was completed to an excellent standard, on time and on budget. Stewart and his apprentice Owen are very communicative and approachable, which made for a stress-free experience. I needed an extension to my existing shed base for a new construction, not a big job but I had a tight time scale to complete, Stewart completed the work and was polite accommodating and professional! Stewart rebuilt our crumbling terraced patio with retaining wall and steps. His work is of the highest standard and we were extremely happy with the finished result. Stewart done an excellent job of demolishing my old double garages, adjoining retaining wall and rebuilding them. I contacted him, and he came the same day to discuss the work and what would be required. Stewart emailed me a detailed quote a few days later and then we agreed a start date. He started and competed as agreed and worked to a fixed price. There was considerable work to demolish the old garages in a confined space and keep tidy. The rebuild was undertaken in a very clean and tidy manner also. His work is accurate and customer focussed.

From the time of the initial enquiry to the completion of the works of the garden wall Stewart dealt with everything in a professional and friendly way. Any questions that I had were always answered in a timely manor. Whilst the work was being carried out Stewart and Ben were always friendly and respectful and were always ready to answer any questions. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and left clean and tidy. The whole process was very straight forward and Stewart was very pleasant to deal with. The final result was a rebuilt garden wall to a very high standard.

Pointing works were undertaken to the front and side of the house. Very good preparation undertaken and very happy with the final outcome. Working in-between days of typical winter weather Stewart and his team were very polite and mindful of current Covid restrictions at all times. Works left clean and tidy each day. I am very happy to leave a positive recommendation.

Stewart recently completed a project for me involving retaining walls and foundations for a garden building. It's a difficult site on various levels with awkward access, and as a first-time DIY project manager I can't have been the easiest to work for. But Stewart was at all times helpful, good-humoured and constructive, and he and his team worked like Trojans to do an excellent job for a very fair price, finishing exactly on time. Can recommend.
