Strata fitted new double glazed windows and doors to our house and constructed a conservatory to the rear of the property. The workmanship by both Strata staff and their appointed agents was excellent. The completed work is beyond our expectation in both quality and appearance. We have recommended them to other family members who have also now commissioned work from them.

I chose Strata Windows after reading the excellent reviews on your website. I had quotes from 3 installers in Stoke on Trent, Strata were the most expensive but appeared to offer a superior service and that is why I chose them. I am, sadly, really disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Many of my calls and emails went unanswered. I have had to chase them at every stage to get this work completed. They fitted 2 doors and 6 windows, it took them 8 weeks from start to completion, I was told 3 days. When the kitchen window came it didn't fit as the surveyor had made a mistake with the measurements. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to return, re-arranging shifts at work to suit their diary. They fitted beading to the front door that was the wrong colour. This was re-ordered and misplaced, they had to order some after I called to query it. When the front door frame was fitted, it had several marks on it. The frame had to be re-sprayed. Strata sub-contacted this work, these people were unreliable. We made arrangements for them to visit 25 July, they did not attend. I had to call and chase this with Strata. I waited another week for them to come back and spray the frame! All works were eventually completed 1 August. I emailed Paul Wright, Operations Director, to express my disappointment. Strata offered to reduce invoice by £200 (2% of total cost), which is, frankly insulting.

We have dealt with Strata for 33 years and they have never failed us. We have had all windows and doors fitted around the house and over the last five years have had them all replaced apart from one job to be done September/October. From first contact to organise the relevant job for the window/door to be fitted professionalism and expertise has been brilliant from everyone we have dealt with. We would not hesitate to recommend Strata Windows. A sincere thank you to all the team at Strata.

We have recently asked Strata to replace our 30-year-old wooden conservatory. From our first interaction with them to Mark & Steve who did the installation, we have been so impressed with the professionalism, standard of product & efficiency. Every appointment they made was kept. We felt our needs were understood and delivered. Mark & Steve worked so hard and the project was finished earlier than expected, and they cleaned up so there was nothing for us to do other than put our furniture back! We would have no hesitation in recommending Strata to anyone. A job well done.

We engaged Strata for all aspects of our large kitchen extension which involved replacing an existing conservatory with one of their permanent warm-roof kitchen extensions. They dealt with every aspect of the project from sales and organising planning permission, through the building, window and door installations, plumbing/electrics, plastering, to building regs sign off. All the work has been first class and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. This is a professional and very customer-focused company and we have consistently been super-impressed with them throughout the project. Every person from Strata we've dealt with has been exemplary: - Darren our initial sales contact was prompt, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to our requirements. There was no hard-sell and nothing was too much trouble to take into consideration. - Russell, our appointed project manager, took all the pressure off of us and managed the build brilliantly. Always polite, attentive and available. - Every Strata tradesman was courteous, reliable and extremely hard working. Barry and Jordan were so efficient and always good-natured. - Every sub-contractor has obviously been selected with care as they were all excellent. Cost - ok it wasn't cheap, but we honestly don't think we could have done it much cheaper by project managing and finding all the different trades ourselves, and Strata taking all the stress off our shoulders was definitely worth it. Cannot recommend Strata enough.

From ordering our new door to it being fitted, the service we received was excellent. Well done Strata...you’ve blown the other companies in the area out of the water! Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t use anyone else now. Thank you so much!

Had the service engineer out today, I phoned up this morning and spoke to Natalie who arranged for the guy to come out before 12 noon, the guy who came has been before and is just the best, he sorted what needed sorting and checked everything else while here. What a great guy he is, very friendly, polite and dose his work to the best of his ability. So a big thank you to him, this guy needs a pay rise on his mannerisms alone, and his work.

Hallelujah! A window company that does what is says it's going to do, on the day it says it's going to do it, for the price quoted. I have had quite alot of experience buying windows for various properties and I have never had an end to end positive experience, until now. The people at Strata are pleasant and professional. From initial contact through the quoting process they are knowledgeable and 'unsalesy'. The fitters Andy and Steve turned up on time and did a great job very quickly and with no fuss or mess. Thank you Strata you are a breath of fresh air.

Very pleased from start to finish with Strata, Julie in the office was very helpful and efficient and the team of fitters Barry and Jordan were very professional on the day of fitting. They did a fantastic job of new front door and patio door at the back . Would highly recommend and will be placing further orders for windows. Thank you so much .

We have recently upgraded our conservatory polycarbonate roof to a warm roof. Strata supplied and installed the roof. Andy and Steve removed the existing roof and installed the new one (21 - 23 January). They were brilliant, quick and efficient, clearing up as they worked and left everything tidy each night. Both were friendly and always happy to discuss progress. The plasterer arranged by Strata completed the ceiling to a very high standard. The whole project was overseen by Russ who was very approachable and always contactable. He kept us well informed about the schedule of work and visited regularly during the installation and after completion.

We have swopped our 19 year old conservatory for a big brick orangery, all signed off today and we couldn't be happier. The builders from ej Wood and electrician Lee were great strata lads Adam and neil who worked un the snow! brilliant and finally Paul and Russ! Thank you so much the result is amazing ...we love it ! I would highly recommend strata we have been kept informed and reassured at every stage thank you again! Now we have to get decorating!

I had 8 windows plus a bay window installed. Julie, in sales, was very helpful in going through the options and Paul the surveyor was pleasant and helpful. A great job was done by the fitters Phil and Adam - very neat inside and out. There were a few minor snags with the bay and front windows but they were soon sorted by the very pleasant Mark and Matt. Natalie was also helpful in arranging a visit at short notice. Every person I dealt with was courteous and professional and I am very happy with the quality of the work that I think was done at a fair price. I would highly recommend Strata Windows.

This work was completed over a two-day period. On both occasions the work was exceptional. Andy and Steve completed our work for us, they were hard-working, polite, they left no mess and the windows were cleaned. The work was done in the agreed time. They gave us some advice and support on how to finish the inside of our porch, so much so that we are going to sort this out after Christmas this is how much they impressed us. We would highly recommend if you have any work like this to be done we suggest you use Strata and these workmen.

We had our front bay window fitted by Strata yesterday. This included fixing the bay window roof which was leaking. The service from Strata was fantastic, from booking through to completion. Barry and Jordan were great. They were professional and ensured our house was kept clean whilst they were working. They did a fantastic job and the window looks absolutely lovely. We would highly recommend Strata.

We had to bay windows fitted, from the initial sales visit through to after sales everyone was professional, present and always helpful. Barry and Tim arrived to fit our windows taking great care to protect our property minimise and dust and disruption. Time and care was taken to deliver a high quality finish we are very happy with. Strata lived up to the recommendation of many of our friends and family. We will defiantly use them in the future and recommend to others

We have dealt with Strata Windows for 32 years, yes 32 years and cannot fault the work and professionalism of the staff we have had dealings with. We have had 14 jobs done on our property from initial fittings of pvc doors and windows to present day replacement of windows due to age. We start with a call Julie a very experienced and helpful lady, then Paul the surveyor comes along, again experienced and knowledgeable. Our last job was fitted by Adam and Neil who did a wonderful job for us. All work completed in record time and all old materials etc taken away...we would not have known they had been if it were not for our new windows. Let Stata do your work for you....they are a 'cracking' company. Thank you all so much.

Having delayed having new windows throughout as we feared wallpaper damage, we finally took the plunge after months of research. Barry & Jordan had a tough time fitting huge sash windows into our Georgian property but did a splendid job. Very neat and tidy and no damage (which is nothing short of miraculous, given the property’s age). A minor mix up with two windows has been quickly dealt with in the office and we are very pleased with the company as a whole. The care taken during the fit was fabulous and I’d have no hesitation recommending the company to others.

Yesterday I had a new front door fitted by Barry & Tim. They arrived on time, were very respectful of my property and very polite. They fitted the door, were neat & tidy, and cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed listening to them singing and the banter whilst they worked. They were a great team. I am very pleased with my new door. It looks very classy. Thank you!

Strata fitted replacement doors on my existing conservatory last week. They did a fab job, professional and reliable as ever (they previously fitted my new front door a couple of years ago). They arrived at exactly the time given and completed the work for the price originally stated, which was very reasonable. After a couple of days I was struggling to lock one of the new doors. Strata offered to visit next day, but I wasn’t available. So I was offered an appointment which suited me today. Matt arrived punctually and quickly adjusted the door this morning (it had expanded with the heat) making sure it was to my satisfaction and telling me not to hesitate to call them if there were any problems in the future. Excellent service, as ever, from Strata. I highly recommend this company.
